So I was bored so I used chatgpt

I have never used ChatGPT before and I was wondering if it had any limits so I was like let’s see if it can write an A03 style fanfiction. So I gave it the prompt of Jason Todd is sick and Bruce finds him in a safe house, and takes him back to the manor to take care of him. And I just want to know what everyone thinks of it so here it is.

honestly for an AI I don’t think it did that bad.

It had been days since anyone had seen or heard from Jason Todd. Bruce Wayne had been worried sick, wondering where the young man had disappeared to. He had checked all of Jason's usual haunts, but found nothing. It wasn't until he received a tip from an old informant that he found the safe house where Jason had been holed up.

Bruce entered the small, run-down building and found Jason lying on a dirty mattress, shivering and sweating. Bruce's heart clenched as he realized just how sick Jason was.

"Jason," Bruce said softly, kneeling down next to the bed. "It's me, Bruce. I'm here to help you."

Jason's eyes fluttered open and he looked up at Bruce, confused and disoriented.

"Bruce?" he whispered. "What are you doing here?"

"I was looking for you," Bruce replied, brushing a strand of hair away from Jason's forehead. "You've been missing for days. I was worried."

Jason's eyes widened in surprise. "You were worried about me?"

"Of course I was," Bruce said firmly. "You're my son, Jason. I care about you."

Jason's eyes filled with tears and he looked away. "I don't understand," he said quietly. "After everything that happened with the Joker... I thought you didn't love me anymore."

Bruce's heart shattered at Jason's words. He knew that he had been distant with Jason after his resurrection, unsure of how to bridge the gap between them. But seeing Jason lying there, sick and vulnerable, reminded Bruce just how much he cared for the young man.

"I do love you, Jason," Bruce said softly, placing a hand on Jason's arm. "I always have. I know I haven't been the best father to you, but I want to change that. I want to help you heal."

Jason looked up at Bruce, tears still streaming down his face. "Why?" he asked, his voice shaking.

"Because you deserve it," Bruce replied firmly. "Because you're a good person, Jason. You've been through so much, and you deserve to be happy and healthy."

Jason sniffled and wiped his eyes. "Okay," he whispered. "Okay, Bruce."

Bruce nodded and stood up, pulling out his phone to call Dick Grayson. "I need you to bring the car," he said when Dick answered. "We need to get Jason back to the manor."

Dick arrived a few minutes later, and the three of them managed to get Jason into the car and back to the manor. Alfred was waiting for them, and he quickly got to work tending to Jason's illness.

Bruce stayed by Jason's side the whole time, holding his hand and talking to him. He told Jason stories about his time as Robin, and apologized for not being there for him after his resurrection. Jason listened quietly, tears streaming down his face.

"I forgive you, Bruce," he said softly when Bruce had finished speaking. "I just... I missed you."

Bruce's heart swelled with love for the young man. "I missed you too, Jason," he said, leaning over to give him a hug. "I promise I'll always be here for you from now on."

Jason hugged him back
