Every 28 Hours (4/1/2015): Phillip White has become the 290th person killed by the police in 2015. Police have yet to provide any clear reason why he was killed being pursued. They have tried to claim he was reaching for an officer’s gun, but he died AFTER being hancuffed. He is the second person in as many weeks to die while in the custody of Vineland (NJ) police.
