After sharing this on my stories last time, a lot of you have been asking me on how to do the bone broth and how does it tastes like, let me just share with you what we always do 🤍 (Swipe left) You can actually make bone broth using bones from just about any animal — pork, beef, chicken, fish etc. Cook for at least 10-12 hours, or until reduced by 1/3 or 1/2. The more it reduces, the more intense the flavor becomes and the MORE COLLAGEN is extracted. We find 12 hours to be the perfect cook time. Studies show that although our bodies make new collagen every day, after age 25 we lose more collagen than we produce — leading to the fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging skin in your 30s and beyond. But drinking bone broth may boost your skin's collagen, helping to keep skin looking smooth and firm and reducing wrinkles.🤍 #didyouknow #collagen #superfood #bonebroth #bonebrothheals https://www.instagram.com/p/CCv62XtH3kK/?igshid=fofmvtyve5j8

We all make mistakes. In fact, no one is immune. But at times it can feel like we are trapped. The solutions for our problems can sometimes seem worse than the problems themselves
And though those mistakes can lead to circumstances and troubles that seem very grim, I want to bring you a word of encouragement today. In the midst of your trouble, God understands…and He can turn your mistakes into miracles.
Perhaps you have done the wrong thing…you’ve made some wrong choices…you’ve done what you knew you shouldn’t do…and now you’re suffering the consequences of those mistakes.
Regardless of any mistake you have made…or tragedy that has come into your life…if you will turn to God, He is prepared to take your mistake, your awful circumstance, and turn it into a miracle.
A great example of how God can work in a miraculous way is recorded in the Old Testament. It is the story of Joseph (see Genesis 37-47).
Joseph’s brothers hated him and threw him into a pit. Then they sold him as a slave, and he was taken to a foreign country. People lied about him, and as a result, he was thrown into prison.
Many bad things happened to Joseph. But God took care of him through it all. And in the end he became the prime minister over all of Egypt. The Lord took all the tragedy in Joseph’s life and turned it into a fantastic miracle that not only blessed Joseph but ended up saving the lives of his family and countless others in the land of Egypt and throughout the known world.
God has not changed. He can do the same thing for you. Regardless of the circumstance you’re in, with God on your side, you can’t lose.

” Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls” (Matthew 11:29, NIV).
Sometimes the day-to-day pressures of life can cause unnecessary stress. In fact, many people lose sleep worrying about things or people in their lives. But God doesn’t want us to live stressed out and overwhelmed. He wants us to live a life of rest and peace.
When Jesus walked on this earth, He took time for Himself. He got away from the crowds. He spent time with the Father. That’s how He found rest. He was gentle and humble in heart. Do you ever notice that when you are stressed out or worrying about something, you’re less tolerant of others? You’re more likely to say something you don’t really mean. Today, God wants you to cast your cares on Him and live with a gentle and humble attitude. When you release your burdens and follow the example of Jesus, you will find rest for your soul. You will be rejuvenated and refreshed! You will find peace in your heart, and you will move forward in the abundant life God has for you!

“Blessed is the man who makes the Lord his trust…” (Psalm 40:4, NIV).
Is your trust in the Lord today? Trusting in the Lord is a decision we make just like we choose anything else in life. You chose what to wear today, you probably chose what you would have for breakfast, and you can choose to trust God today, too! And just like the decision to receive salvation, when you choose to trust God, there is a peace that settles on the inside of your heart. There are blessings in store for you when you trust Him.
No matter what you are facing in life today, you can have faith that God will come through for you. You can trust that His Word is always true. In Psalm 32, David calls God his “hiding place.” In other words, not only can you choose to trust God in the midst of your difficulty; you can actually hide in Him and find rest for your soul. When the circumstances of life seem to be overwhelming, choose to trust that God is ordering your steps. Find security in Him knowing that He’s making your crooked places straight and leading you into the everlasting life He has prepared for you!
