His goal is to locate and confirm the identities of the Fire Country omegas being kept as slaves in Tani's breeding barracks so that one day soon, they can bring them home. He doesn't expect to find someone there who he long thought was dead. OR: Obito is sent to Tani as a stud, and finds Kakashi among the village's breeding slaves.

But the omega at the far end of the line is rather strange, more than a little damaged, and might have caught his eye. OR: Kakashi purchases an omega on a whim, and gets more than he bargained for.

A tar-like black substance thinned out like a blanket, inspecting the mess it made of its victim. In its endless void, lightning licked its edges and fractal colour reflected back. It reminded Suguru of— It didn't. It wasn't. A shudder thrummed through the substance hovering over Fushiguro's remains. The cursed spirit noticed him. Rolls of black fluid fanned out, then tightened back in. It swirled and compressed, taking on a humanoid silhouette, featureless as a shadow. Suguru felt it watching, the aching chill of being perceived by a threat. Then they opened across its face. Six hauntingly blue eyes. OR: Gojo becomes a curse, and Geto learns to live with it.

I'll start working on drabbles for the fanfic summary ask game next week. I'm gonna try to do some last-minute sketches for artfight until it ends!

Lunar phase is basically, Kakashi: who always seems to think back on Obito and how he changed him, and his regrets regarding him: I wished I could have been nicer to you Obito....

Obito: appears out of bum of nowhere.

Kakashi:

Kakashi: Kai.

And the rest is him just having the worst time of his life, going through the five stages of grief again until the last chapter where we finally reached acceptance.

I wonder if he'll like, listen I don't have the best reading of kakashi nor do I really understand his character but would he like, show Obito everything he's done and how he changed? How he now values teamwork above all else?

I'd say Obito's more likely to learn about Kakashi's character growth through observation. He's opening up a bit now, but if he shows Obito anything or tells him what he missed, it'll be because Obito asks, now that he has the all-clear from the Hokage to answer his questions.

Obito will find out, though. Chapter 6 will be... something.

I believe that's the fic scheduled for Thursday's update. I don't have the list on me at the moment but I'm pretty sure it was that one. It's half pre-written so I try to update it in 1-2 month intervals, since I only have to edit and not draft the chapter from scratch. My writer's block has been bad lately, so I'm really relying on my pre-written fics atm 😅

Summary:

Obito had always thought he would awaken as Esper with awesome powers but to be awaken as Guide (same as Rin, but she would rock this!) was a little disappointment. Especially as it would make him responsible of a Esper.

Worse. He was late bloomer (like always) and he got assigned to one Esper he couldn't stand of.

Hatake Kakashi.

It's not one-to-one with the summary you gave, and I kind of twisted the esper/guide trope (which I had to research, because I Did Not Know) to fit more with the Naruto-verse, but I DID start this one. And uhhh
