my therapist told me everyone feels disconnected right now
he also said that to him, loneliness felt like he was on fire
he said after he left his first wife he curled up next to the radiator and just sobbed for hours because it felt like he was on fire
he’s right... most of the time I just want to crawl out of my skin
but not anymore though, because if you stop loving then no one can break your heart. But if you’re someone like me then to prevent falling in love you have to stay far far away from anyone who might make you feel
i guess its better. it mostly feels like nothing. but nothing isn’t pain, so I suppose thats a step up. sometimes I cry, but it feels good. and then it feels nothing again
