My mum literally got me pumpkin pancakes yesterday and that's basically all i ate yesterday besides an extra small potato, and now me and my s/o are gonna have a pumpkin spice date because my favourite coffee place brought it back for the season, including pumpkin muffins.
Thank god he's okay with sharing half with me so less cals for me

So I'm trying to stick to the IU diet when I'm not out with my friends or special one so my plan now is
Breakfast: Banana - ~110cal
Lunch: Slim Fast + chocolate powder- 120cals
Dinner: Extra Small Sweet Potato- 60 cals
And if I'm out with people, or I know I'm going out, no eating until we get food.

Okay update:
I love romance and all that but boys like to eat too much fr. Been dating a lot this summer and f*cking hell mate, I gained back 3 kgs from eating out with boys. But no more takeaway dates for me!!!
I shall be skinny for October so I look good in fall couple pictures tho :)

Ever since my binge I've been eating around 400-500 besides 1200 last saturday. I just weighed my self and I lost 2kg! I guess whatever I've been doing is working

Ugh fuck me, I just binged so much, probably 2500+ Calories, I'm so full don't even want dinner, I'm gonna mega restrict next few days fr fr
I was so hungry today before I binged I felt like I was gonna collapse,I couldn't even pick up my drink, but I should've just stayed hungry, but no I just happen to live 5 minutes away from a store so I bought so many bags of crisps and sweets, none of it tasted good either, fuck all this processed food, tastes like death in a bag

Great, my scale broke 🫠🫠🫠 its 2 kgs off. Someone tested it out for me since she just got weighed at a checkup, and yup, 2kgs off exactly. That's what I get for buying a 4£ scale 🥲
But hey, according to it, now I'm 53kgs!

Haven't really had the energy to post or anything, but oh well
I hope I can working out soon, I just can't find the time lately, but I'm starting a new job and I'll be on my feet most of the day so hopefully that'll help. My last job I lost a bit of weight without watching what I ate because I was walking so much (perks of retail I guess)
