"I'll let them know." Setsuka smiled. She started drenching his head with the water before grabbing his favorite bottle of shampoo, pouring it onto her hands before starting to wash his long locks. Her fingertips gently scratch along his scalp while her palms lather the soap all over his hair.
The least she could do is to help him make feel a bit more relaxed since they don't get such moments like these often. After that, she pours water all over it, washing out the suds before she moves on with the conditioner.
"If you'd like," he said with a nod, moving so she could do so. He was honestly somewhat surprised that they still did, but it would be better to do so, wouldn't it? He'd hardly gotten to talk to them in a personal capacity, because they hadn't known what to ask.
"I only have one trial tomorrow. If they'd like to come see me afterwards, they are free to."

"Yes, they do." She nodded. Cupping the water within the palm of her hands, Setsuka decided to pour it over her chest area before leaning herself back against him, resting her head against the crook of his neck. Honestly, she's grateful that her parents are still willing to converse with him even though the differences in their cultures when it comes to his identity stand out.
"Do you want me to wash your hair for you?" She asked.
"Mm," was all he said at first, letting her settle against him and closing his eyes again. It wasn't the first time they'd enjoyed the water together; there were more than enough lakes close by for them to have gone out to them even when they only had a bit of time in the early morning or evening.
Finally, after several moments, he said, "Have your parents expressed wanting to see me again before they leave?"

Gently disrobing each piece of her garment off of her body, Setsuka folds it up nicely before placing it to the side. She then tied her long hair up into a messy bun before turning her attention to Neuvillette as he was waiting for her in the large bathtub.
Sauntering her way over, she starts getting climb in and situates herself in front of her lover, letting out a content sigh as she relishes the feeling of the warm water.
"You feel much more relaxed now?" She questioned.
@angelxblossoms sent a meme:
≋ (Neuvillette)
Water was where he was most comfortable. Even when he couldn't go to an actual body of water, at least at night, when he was done with business for the day, he could soak in the large tub at home. And more frequently, Setsuka had been staying the night. Who was he to tell her she couldn't join him?
He sighed in contentment as he laid back, just waiting for her to finish undressing. It was the most relaxed she likely ever got to see him. Many would likely see it as something sexual, but for Neuvillette, the water was just part of him.

Ah, this gut feeling of her being quite persistent tonight, but never once had it failed her. His offering is gracious and sweet, but just as any other individual Setsuka encountered, she will have her walls up until she believes she can trust them. A polite smile continue to grace her soft features before she shook her head.
"I wouldn't want to disturb you while you're on your break. You need your own time, after all. I'll be in the gardens if you need anything of me." She stated, politely lowering her head.
She has this inkling that this man would enjoy a moment of solitude as she does right now. Setsuka loves her parents dearly and she knew she was at the age to be wedded soon. During her conversation with Ryuto, she realizes now that he was a possible marriage candidate for her hence why he brought up that discussion of a photo of her.
Setsuka then calls forth a staff member to escort Ryuto to one of the rooms in the estate and she requested one that has tons of books for him to read since she believes a good novel would be ideal for a quiet space. Honestly, she hopes that she would have her own peace and quiet...
"If we don't see each other again tonight, thank you for attending. I hope the next time we meet is that we wouldn't be dreading a boring social event..."
Naturally, Ryuto would respond back by saying that it was his pleasure to attend, when in reality, he couldn't exactly care less... not when his daughter was just one but many marriage candidates his parents had arranged for him. Still, he has no problem, maintaining that same pleasant smile he had practised emulating from a young age even long after Fujisaki-san trailed off to greet another associate.
Setsuka, however, might not have been naive as he hoped, because the next thing he knew, she was asking him if he wanted to take a break... yet upon being far from the type to not seize a chance to not socialize any further than he has to, he'll soon proceed to nod.
"Thank you. That would very much be appreciated," Ryuto finally brings himself to graciously utter. "Will you be coming by to visit me later, Setsuka-san?" he then questions. Of course, he secretly wishes she would say no, if only so he could enjoy reading in peace, but the last thing he wanted was to seem cold, so he'll make it sound like he might want alone time with her... hence why his voice had shifted into a more eager, hopeful tone.

“I see.” She smiled. It sounds about right. Neuvillette’s day tend to be like that and she was always amazed by the amount of patience her lover excised when it comes to the Hydro Archon. It’s honestly admirable in her eyes.
Setsuka then places everything within everything to the pot and starts cooking everything. Now then, time to wait while all of this is stewing onto the stove top.
“Do you want some wine?” She asked.
He considered making coffee, but even he acknowledged it was too late for that. Staying up the entire night just meant he had to go back to the court proceedings without a proper amount of rest.
"The same as usual," he said. "Cases too simple and frivolous to provide Lady Furina with any sort of entertainment." Which was all he really had to say about that. He'd long-since mastered dealing with both criminal cases and the Archon taunting criminals by calling them boring.

Smiling at his words, Setsuka wrapped her arm around his, following his lead as they head back to his place. She headed straight to the kitchen, looking around as she obtained the ingredients she needs to make Coq au Vin for tonight’s dinner.
Humming softly, she starts prepping by cutting up all the vegetables and placing them into a separate bowl before turning her attention to the chicken.
“How was work today?” She asked.
"As I said earlier today, cultural differences." No one from Fontaine really cared what he was. They were more terrified of his job than his species.
At the question, he paused for a moment. And then he nodded.
"If you wish."

“They do, but they just need the evening to digest that information.” Setsuka stated. Her parents did question if they have strong feelings for each other and she assured them that they do. It’s just Neuvillette is not one to be the affectionate type as she is. They trust her and her decisions.
“May I cook you dinner tonight?” She asked. Setsuka wanted to spend a bit of time with him before he dives back into his workload again.
"I see." He continued on his way. He intended on getting something to eat and go home, where he'd do some more work. The never-ending cycle, but he was fine with it.
"If they don't wish to see me again while they're here, I understand."

“…They thought I was jesting at first until they realized I was telling the truth so they were very shocked to hear that their daughter is in love with a dragon.” She explained. It’s safe to say at that point, her parents needed to rest and take a moment to absorb that information. Setsuka can understand since she was saying basically saying she was dating a god.
“It was a pleasure to meet you as well, Neuvillette-san. My wife and I wish you the best with your work. Thank you again for meeting with us.” Her father stated, politely lowering his head to him. Setsuka turns to her lover, giving him a sweet smile as she plans to see him a bit later after informing her family about the news.
“I’ll see you later, my dearest. Have a wonderful day at work.” She stated.

“If you want to. I could tell them later.” Setsuka murmured. The only reason why she hadn’t informed them yet is because she would assume they believe she was jesting with them. Dragons are revered in their nation, after all, but she could only imagine they would react the same way too, regardless who it’s from. In this case, it would be hard not to pass it off as a jest when it comes from the man, himself.

Well, guess that’s the end of those questions then. Once the waiter handed over the baked goods in paper bags, they finish up the remainder of their beverages before leaving the restaurant. They started heading towards to the local inn so her parents could rest up for the time being as Setsuka gestures over to Neuvillette to lend his ear to her.
“I haven’t told them yet about your actual identity…” She murmured.

The conversation over the food had been pleasant enough, with nothing of too much substance said between them. He was used to filling the time with pleasantries, so he was fine with it.
At least until the conversation returned to him.
He paused at that, glancing at Setsuka over the second cup of coffee the waiter had brought him just now.
"I'm afraid I don't have much to tell. I've already detailed my job, and my life mostly revolves around it."

It was quite an interesting first meeting, but Setsuka was glad that he ended up staying till the finale of the show and now their relationship turned out to be like this at the end. She knew his role is important and chose to be patient while relishing in the moments they get to spend time together.
Smiling at his words, her father is glad to see that their relationship is blossoming so well. Soon their meals have arrived as they served it right before them. Thanking for the meal, they all started to eat and was happy it all tasted.
After they finished eating, they decided to sit around a bit longer in the restaurant as Setsuka put in a request for baked good her parents to enjoy.
“Tell us more about yourself, Neuvillette-san that we aren’t aware of.” Her mom smiled.
Well, he supposed that sort of question was inevitable.
"On one of our very few free days, Lady Furina wished to see a performance so we ended up seeing Setsuka perform, among others. Unfortunately, the lady ended up bored and left, though I stayed behind and ended up meeting her. Our conversations have always been quite interesting. She's intelligent and, importantly, understands how busy I am and values the time we do get to spend together rather than being upset we can't have more."

Her parents were a bit confused about what the Steambird is until Setsuka explained to them that it’s the national newspaper for Fontaine as a collection of realization appears on their faces. They find their daughter’s lover rather interesting honestly as the air of intimidation he carried is natural at this point. Still, they’re glad to see that he treats their daughter well.
Speaking of which, they couldn’t help to wonder where his Vision is since they haven’t seen it anywhere on his person and they expected he would be wearing it somewhere on his person. Although it would be quite rude on their part if it was brought up.
“I see. Pardon me for asking this, but what made you want to take my daughter as your lover?” He asked.
Ah, Setsuka had a feeling her dad would ask that and she can’t wait until the food comes already.
He paused at that, lifting his cup of coffee to his lips and taking a drink. Ah. Hobbies.
"I don't tend to have much free time these days, I'm afraid," he said, his expression still neutral. "Swimming, I suppose. For a while when I was younger I wrote for the Steambird."

Nodding at his words, Ryunnosuke took that into mind and wonder how on earth did a respectable member of the justice system met his daughter? He heard from Setsuka that they treat their trials here like a performance so in a way it would miraculously be tied together.
“I see, it’s a respectable profession. What do you do in your free time?” He questioned.
Soon the waiter brought over their drinks, placing them down right in front of them before politely excusing himself.
Given that Neuvillette was familiar with pretty much all of Fontaine, he already knew about this restaurant and had an idea what he would order.
Once the order was placed and Setsuka's father asked the question, he turned to him.
"As the chief justice, the entirety of the court is ultimately under my supervision. Though most cases don't require me."

“We shall.” She smiled. Placing her hand in his, Setsuka was delighted to have him escort her as she decided to take her parents to a nice restaurant in the heart of the city. It’s a nice and casual type of dining which is perfect for her folks right now since she didn’t want to put them into an intimidating situation.
Situating herself down next to Neuvillette while her parents are across from them, they decide to take a moment to glance over at the menu and ask the two of them about certain types of dishes. Once they figured out what they wanted, they placed their order with the waiter, her parents turned to the man next to her daughter.
“So what does your job entail, Neuvillette-san?” Her father asked.
He nodded. "Assuming no one comes to find me for some sort of emergency, none of the cases being seen today are ones that absolutely need me there. I should at least have time to sit down for lunch."
He turned, shifting his cane to one hand. "Shall we?"

Oh, that’s right. Setsuka did mention to them in their letter that she’s with a high-ranking member of the justice system hence why he looks intimidating and has that air of it too. The difference between Fontaine and Inazuma in terms of culture and how the nation is run, but there’s been some distinct similarities here and there.
“We’re glad to hear that. Thank you for coming to see us when you’re so busy with your role, Neuvillette-san. Would you be able to join us for lunch?” Her father asked.
Neuvillette and Setsuka were certainly a contrasting duo standing there, though it was busy enough that they didn't stand out.
As soon as the two stepped out and introduced themselves, he nodded.
"I am Neuvillette, chief justice of the court of Fontaine," he said, and he glanced at Setsuka out of the corner of his eye for a moment. "I hardly think I've been 'taking care' of her. Despite the learning curve between our cultures, she's done quite well for herself."

Setsuka decided to dress herself in the traditional garbs that she normally wore when she was back at home in Inazuma. It’s a nice homage, after all. She waited patiently for her parents’ arrival alongside Neuvillette and honestly, she was thankful that he was able to have a bit of free time in his busy schedule to be with her.
Soon the aquabus came and the patrons on board started to head off. Those amongst them are Setsuka’s parents who are delighted to see their daughter again as they shared a joyful and heartwarming group hug. They were all so glad to see each other again.
Pulling away, her parents immediately took notice of Neuvillette’s presence and were quite surprised by how intimidating he looks and with the air he carries. Politely lowering their heads to him, they begin their greetings.
“It’s an honor to have your acquittance. I’m Fujisaki Ryuunosuke.” Her father greeted.
“And I’m Fujisaki Tsubaki.” Her mother greeted.
“Thank you for taking care of our daughter.”
As promised, Setsuka had given him ample warning so he could work his schedule around it so he'd have time to at least go out and greet them. He could never guarantee that something wouldn't come up that needed his attention, but he did manage to get out of his office without anyone stopping him.
As the aquabus they were expected on came in, he glanced to Setsuka, shifting his cane to both hands. Despite that she'd told him about them, he wasn't sure what to expect as far as how they'd react to him.
He supposed he'd just take things as they went.
