Hi everyone it’s 11.03pm and it’s the night before Christmas Eve! I was reflecting on this year and how much I have changed especially on when it comes to how I look after myself. I never really thought about it before. I never took the time to look after my skin or the importance of looking after our skin. The affects of aging were never really a concern for me and I just had the opinion that what will be, will be. Since February I have become more interested in learning about what the best products are for my skin. I have tried and tested different products and continue to try new things every now and then. I feel like I’ve been MIA in the group and I apologise for this however with it being so close to Christmas I have been busy with work. Please know that I am still available to meet up and match lipstick colours, show you out incredible skincare range and more..... I started using Climate Control in the last 6 weeks and OMG the difference in my skin is truly amazing! Age Old Question

Age old question that people ask Direct Selling Distributors/Consultants:

"If your products were really that great they would be in department stores!" My answer to this is that I'm glad they are not.  Why should the big stores make all the money and sell awesome products.  Why can't we (regular people) sell quality, tried & tested products and earn an income whilst doing so.  

I have counter questions for those who ask this -

Would you go to your local supermarket to buy your make up?

Can you try before you buy?

Do you know exactly what is in these products if you buy it off the shelf?

Why would you support a big conglomerate instead of supporting a friend, family or someone local in your community?

I believe that everyone should have the chance to earn an income selling products they believe in.  The creative mind behind SeneGence wanted "to offer superior products and an opportunity for women to be independent and successful in business regardless of age, background or education."

Plus I'd like to add not everything you buy in a department store is good quality.  Not everything is cruelty free.  Department stores do not have the power to offer a one on one customer service that direct selling consultants/distributors can.   The stigma attached to Direct Selling even in this day and age is mind blowing. Just because someone is selling something from home does not make the product bad or poor quality.  If your friend joins a new direct selling company encourage them, you don't have to buy but at least offer them congratulations on their business journey.  

Next time someone asks you to try their product you can do 2 things -

1. Decline and that is fine.  The products they are selling may not fit your needs today.  Take a business card as you may want to try it in the future.

2. Say Yes!  You never know you may really like it.  You may even end up selling it, like I did :)

LipSense has been a way for me to become more confident, to express myself and feel better about myself. I love the fact that I can create my own colour by layering this amazing product. How to remove LipSense

LipSense have a wonderful 3 part unique system that works together.  

1. LipSense Colour

This blog is all about how to remove your LipSense at the end of the day and the reasons you need ooops remover.  Ooops is the perfect companion to LipSense Colour, with a simple swipe of the remover wand it will erase LipSense mistakes instantly.  

So how I use my ooops remover is in the following easy steps:

a) Using the ooops remover wand, start at one corner of your lips and swipe it in a continuous motion (much like you apply your LipSense).  Do the top lip as well and wait 5 seconds. 

b)  I then rub my lips gently together.  For more stubborn colour I use my pointer finger and gently using circular motions rub the remaining colour off.  You can also use a face washer or make up pads to gently remove the colour.  I generally remove my lip colour when I have a shower however there is no rule as to when you can remove it.

14 Years Ago I discovered LipSense

Over 14 years ago Maria, that’s me, (the human behind Angel Kisses) was introduced to a long lasting, vegan, cruelty free, lead free lip colour that changed my life forever.
