My name is Tamer Foad, a 34-year-old father of three young children: Mira (6), Aya (4), and Tameem (1 month). Formerly a GIS engineer and bodybuilder, my life was upended on October 7, 2023, when the Gaza war forced us to flee our home. We now live in a crowded refugee camp, struggling with skyrocketing food prices and severe shortages. I have depleted my savings and can no longer afford essentials, including food and milk for my newborn. My weight has dropped from 100 kg to 71 kg due to the dire conditions.
