that i will be known as the man who watched as you fell by a traitor's hand, and saw you burn. that when you come back, i'll be remembered as the man who fell the same way you did, careening hundreds of feet into demise. only this time, my doom was of my own creation, of molding what should not be molded into something malleable, agreeable, naive and accepting. and maybe, when you push me off of that tower we've talked on so many times before, maybe your hand will push me off of that ledge lovingly, apologetically. perhaps it will grasp at the buttons of my shirt for a second more, savouring it bittersweetly. maybe, instead, it'll grip the fabric harshly, with vindication. but i don't think that's you.

and maybe, after everything, you will come back again. and maybe we will rebuild the city we made together. and maybe i can learn what its like to live. and maybe you can learn that humanity is cruel, and disgusting, yet loving, and growing. and maybe we'll be remembered as the creators of a bright, thriving nation. maybe, we'll learn what it's like to love.

DSMP AU(?)Explanation Pt. 1

So, back in SL,UT, Wilbur is siblings with Clara. He’s still the son of Phil. But they had a different mom named Elena. She died during Wilbur’s birth, later straining his relationship with Clara(who is older than him by 3 yrs). Phil marries Kristen(still the Goddess of Death)4 years after Elena’s death. Clara gets her brown hair from Elena, but she dyes it orange later. Wilbur’s hair is naturally blonde. In 3 years Kristen then has to leave(bc she’s a goddess)and Phil leaves 5 years after with Techno, leaving Clara(15) to take care of Wilbur(12). In 6 years, Wilbur(now 18)moves out and gets an apartment. Clara(20)decides to drink for the first time, and Wilbur tries smoking(as influenced by his sister smoking a lot when she took care of him)and gets addicted. 2 years later(20)Wilbur finds a baby at his doorstep. The baby later turns out to be Tommy, and to support the baby, Wilbur takes up another job, sex work. At first, he is ashamed of it, but he soon learns to embrace the art. It’s not always the best there(drunk people), but it’s helped him figure out he likes men too. Then he meets Sally at a strip club and they become good friends, which blossoms into a relationship. Tommy is 3 when Wilbur and Sally have Floris, who later becomes Fundy.

I know this sounds dramatic...but...can we talk about the pit and how weird the whole thing was? It felt iffy to me, especially the line "what happens in the pit stays in the pit" and that sounds like something an abuser would say to their victim. It's weird and shit and I really don't like c!bedrockbros bc of The Pit(and doomsday but that's another story). My point is, I really don't get how C!Techno is so consistently defended and how C!Tommy is consistently vilified by those same people.
