Well its not like i fantasize about rape because i want to. Its been like this since i was 7 and i cant currently get help or therapy, i just recently started to accept these thoughts to be able to bear with them because just constantly feeling dirty and gross was going to kill me, and this happens to many people around me too, i just dont think its inherently harmful to have these thoughts, i dont want them to be real, because the slightest mention of real life rape makes me want to throw up.
