excited by the prospect of a tall glass of wine as the sun sets, cade immediately made his way up to the roof once he got home; he needed to relax, but the idea of being cooped up in his apartment bored him. when he heard music playing in the distance, he sighed and kissed the idea of having alone time goodbye, but it turned out to be more of a blessing in disguise when he saw that his company would be aneeta. “hey,” he greeted back with a smile, taking a seat in the chair beside her, “it’s fine, just wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. how about you? pretty sick set up you’ve got here.”

‘ it’s been a bit much the past week or so. ’, annie agreed, surprised that cade took a seat next to her. she continued to sip on her caprisun, but began chewing on the tip of the straw as she became more nervous. annie let go of the plastic to let out a genuine giggle. ‘ thanks, i thought of it all by myself. i’m doing just fine. a bit sunburnt and definitely still in vacation mode, but i’m making it. i might still be a bit drunk from the lake still, i can’t tell. ’, she replied with a shrug. ‘

it was more of a chilly day in la, but the sun setting was one of those things annie couldn’t miss. being able to get out of work earlier, she made her way up to the rooftop in her pajamas wrapped in a large blanket. she took a seat on a lounge chair and pulled out a caprisun she was holding inside the blanket. with a few touches, her phone began to play soft music. after a few minutes she noticed someone open the rooftop door. to her surprise it was cade. ‘ oh hey! ’, annie said in a tone much higher than usual.  ‘ how’s it going? ’

paint night!! annie found a groupon of this paint night in downtown and took esther to it and they lowkey got too drunk off of the wine and painted a skyline lskjf annies came out terrible and esthers was amaZINg and they both of it hung up in their own apts!
