Here’s a New Years thought.

2018 was a year of ferocious intention, high intensity travel, learning to love more, elevated articulation, being true to intuition and art, and building a better future for myself, and everyone around me that I care about.

Like John Lennon, if anyone wants to grow up happy, you’re heading towards an impossible goal. My pain is what makes me think, I wouldn’t have anything somewhat inspirational to say. I think he meant he wanted to be content in his state of living, which is possible, but I’ve stated many times that happiness and sadness are both as temporary and permanent as each other, however we can have more of the other. Life is a constant change of moods and you can’t hope to always feel one. A light side ALWAYS includes a dark side. There is no good without bad, ever.

I think what everybody needs to realise right now is you will never have everything you want, you have to be happy with what you have, and that way you will be content.

Stupidity and intelligence: It’s just how much you learn, what you learn, and most importantly, if you want to. I think anyone can be educated in any subject if they keep at what they’re doing and find a way to learn it that actually works for them: everyone learns things in different ways and it’s a matter of finding what that ‘way’ is. The actual definition of stupidity is being ignorant to the ability to learn.

Having a wide knowledge on things is only one definition of intelligence. There are many ways to be, and it is not always defined by how good you are at mathematics, etc. Sometimes it’s defined by your big heart and how you can be soft in a cruel world.
