i binge watched all of greys anatomy over the summer and then i just kept watching it.. i never stopped.. ive now watched all 15 seasons at least 3 times

how come we all know someone just absolutely obsessed with grey’s anatomy. like they’re binge-watching all 14 or w/e seasons for the 3rd time. it’s all they’re doing with their spare time right now….and yet….none of us have any secondhand knowledge of grey’s anatomy……with any other media my friends are obsessed with I get some vague ideas….character names…arcs…plot points.

I have friends who have watched over a decade’s worth of this show and I can’t name a single character
