#No clue about specific hours but there’s no doubt in my mind that it’s heroes of might and magic III#It’s such a comfort game for me#And I’ve had over 20 years to play it in#I had to buy it on steam in recent years as my original disc didn’t work anymore#but it was quite funny for a while installing it on a new computer#And seeing it warn me that I didn’t have windows 95 or 98#It just got funnier the more time went on#like what will I do without these advanced versions of windows installed

My perfect thick idiot son, Calvin, who has never done anything wrong in his entire life except today when I let him climb my young redbud tree and he went to the highest branch and wedged himself in the crook of it and wouldn't budge and he's so big I was afraid that he might break the branch so I had to get a stepladder and get him down while the neighborhood jays that come by for peanuts whenever they see me in the yard freaked out and sat screaming on the fence to warn me that there's a snake very near me because I'm obviously too stupid to see it and clearly in mortal peril.

#a specific ice cream that the ice cream van had when I was a kid#the closest I've come to tasting it since is once when I put failed chocolate mousse in the freezer#failed in the sense that some of the melted chocolate became solid again so it wasn't as creamy as it could be#but had small chocolate flakes in it instead

In Danish we both have “der hvor kragerne vender” - where the crows turn around, as well as “Lars Tyndskids mark” - the field of Lars Diarrhea
there's this word in Serbian 'vukojebina' which literally means 'the place where wolves go to fuck' but they use it to mean 'in the middle of nowhere'. it sure does the job well, but the visual stayed with me longer than I would have liked it to.

it is genuinely bewildering to me that adult human beings do not know this but if you are mean to people they will not like you. like tbh they are probably also not going to like you if you are mean to other people but they are definitely not going to like you if you are mean to them. it doesn’t matter if you are funny or if you can use r/aita rules to prove that you are in the right. people simply do not enjoy being treated like shit.
