We walk together on this path of life to form one whole unity. Anne Lombardi: Educator - Graduate of Manhattanville & Fordham Hometown: Stamford (Glenbrook & Wallack's Point) Anne Lombardi: An avid reader - our daily lives keep us searching and every so often it helps to wander into someone else's imagination. Books and movies allow us to do this. Anne Lombardi: Desperately want to travel more - So far I've been so many wonderful places. Would be greatly disappointed if I left this earth without visiting Switzerland, Nova Scotia, Chicago, Wyoming, Idaho, North Carolina, the island of Sark, Antigua, Greece, Peru... The list is ever changing and ever lengthening. Recently retired and obviously have time to indulge in wordy bios and online profiles. Hoping to launch this next chapter of my life with some travel, some non-profit work or a new career. Currently volunteering and working part-time in the education field. My work has taken me down down many wonderful paths working with students and I'm looking forward to participating in what seems to be a real shift in how we educate children. Meanwhile - writing and blogging - to refelct on and save the moments along the way. Hope something shared here resonates with you. ~ Anne Lombardi

Quote
When God gives a promise, He always tries our faith. Just as the roots of trees take firmer hold when they are contending with the wind, so faith takes a firmer hold when it struggles with adverse appearances.
