3 years as a vegan this month! I’ve experienced so many benefits eating plantbased. Along the way I’ve also learned a lot about animal cruelty and the impacts that animal agriculture has on the environment 🌍 Never going back 🙅🏼Plantbased wholefoods just make me feel alive✨ I know not everyone will be vegan, but even reducing your meat and dairy intake has so many benefits for the environment and your health. Get creative, because how cliché this may sound, we do not only eat lettuce😌
