“You’ll have to start bribing him first, he doesn’t just go with anybody.” She felt exasperated trying to look around the area she had seen him last. “Thank you, probably two set of eyes are better than one.”

Amelia watched as all her files fell on to the snow getting wet as they landed. “Nothing the office printer can’t shoot again.” She replied with a small shrug, only slightly bothered but it could have been worse. “I can just take them, they’ll have to be shredded.”

“Oh sh-..” Saige bit her lip and bent down to gather everything that had spilled over, “I’m sorry I tripped.. was this organized at all? Or.. important?”

“Yes of course.” She picked up a scrunchie and elastic. “One is for a stronger hold and will leave you with a headache at the end of the day and the other is not so strong but will do the job and is cuter.”

Abram looked at the wall of hair elastics and other items, eyes squinting as he tried to figure out what he even needed. "Is there some kind of secret to figuring out which of these things are useful?”

Savannah: It's not like I was. trying to get knocked up. We haven't really discussed finacials. He'll probably have to get his own stuff too. It's a boy. Sorry you didn't get to buy me a cake.

Amelia: I didn't know you two were even talking still. That probably should be your next conversation, Savannah it's not like a baby if not a financial burden. So you two will be sharing the baby half and half or? A boy, that's cute much easier than girls.

It was crazy how much of a little family they had become. Logan hadn’t simply just lost his girlfriend. He lost the little way of life he had grown accustomed to. Coming home to either house to her and the dogs. He was thankful for the traveling because going home to the emptiness had hit harder than he would have guessed. “Thought he was looking a little malnourished,” he joked. “But you’re still on that, huh? Can’t just accept the truth.”

She felt awkward simply standing in front of him as the dogs were now laying down next to his feet like they always did. “I never accept anything without a fight” Her eyes glances around the park, noticing the couples who survived cuffing seasons and those who hadn’t. “Are you now taking your lunches out of the office or am I keeping you from a meeting?”

Amelia: That and your horrible taste in ties but for sure charm and Logan go hand in hand.

Amelia: It doesn't get all of it, I like efficiency. You want to have dinner together?

Logan: I think you liked my ties more than you want to admit.

Logan: Says the girl who takes 5 trips back and forth from the kitchen to the couch before she can start her show. We don't have to. Just feels weird for you to just drop it off.

Savannah: You're no fun. I know that's why I keep asking myself what would Gigi buy? Obviously I've had the most fun buying clothes so far.

Amelia: neither is a baby but you went and got one of those without my permission. If you were smarter you’d get Zach to buy all these for the baby. Do you want even know what it’s gonna be yet

Amelia: Yeah let's do half, I'm sure they hype has to have come down by now right?

Amelia: We can do that, I don't know what teenage boy like any idea?

Kennedy: I hope so? I haven't heard much about the ps5 for a while so maybe you're right.

Kennedy: Boobs?

Amelia: didn’t the other Xbox come out during the holiday season too? It was bad marketing on all their parts

“Well, that’s just because you’re a responsible pet owner. You also can’t be a grandmother yet.” Savannah sighed, knowing she couldn’t avoid this conversation any longer. “It’s Zach.”

Her eyes grew as the response wasn’t what she was expecting. “God, you know how people still root for Kourtney and Scott to have another one, this is not that.” Even thinking Zach as a dad wasn’t something Amelia could wrap her head around. “Who else knows?”

“He still has his leash on him gimpy ir not I have to find him maybe somebody grabbed him. He’s an australian shepard about this big, mostly brown and white.”

Kyson watched Amelia struggle for a little bit and call out for her dog before she finally addressed him. He should’ve helped earlier, but everyone had their flaws. “Um.. I haven’t, but I haven’t been looking closely either. What kind of dog is it?” 

“He’s an australian shepard mix.” Amelia responded as she scrolled through her photo albums look for a clear picture of the dog in question. “He’s not the type to just run off.”
