Part of the revamp was creating another part for books that were super long and decreasing parts to make them into 2-parts. But it’s still the same book!

It’s Complicated increased into a 4-part series.

And also “Good Girl, Bad Habits” is getting a new name! That Girl: Keisha. Will be uploaded soon!

After taking some time for reflection since January, I'm back with a fresh perspective and some exciting changes ahead.

In my last update, I hinted at a possible makeover, and after five months of hard work, I'm happy to announce that my books have undergone a complete revamp!

It's been quite the journey, combing through every single page, but I was determined to see it through.

As I continue to grow, both as a writer and in my personal life, especially in matters of faith, I wanted my books to reflect that growth. So, while the core stories and plots remain unchanged, I've made some tweaks to the language and content.

I really hope you'll appreciate the effort I've put in, and I can't wait for you to either revisit my collection or dive into it for the first time.

Right now, I'm in the process of re-uploading my books, so keep an eye out as they start to pop back up one by one. And guess what's up first? "Cupid's Quest"!

Here we go 2024, please be good to me 🤞🏾

2023 was a challenging year 😞. I experienced a lot of growth, stress, tears, physical pain, and many other things. Honestly, I almost gave up writing because I felt overlooked as an author. I put so much time and effort into my stories, and it didn't feel like they were being noticed 😢.

I had to take a break and allow myself to find the passion for writing that I once had. It took me some time, but eventually, I fell back in love with writing and regained my focus 😘.

This year, I hope to find my readers and create a community where we can come up with a fun nickname for our group 🥺🤭. We'll get there at some point, but until then, I'll continue to release my work for you to enjoy.

2024 is significant for me as I'll be turning 30 soon 🥳. In May, it will be my 5th Author Anniversary since I published my first book. So here's to personal growth and a fresh start 🍾✨

And maybe even a little revamp 🤔

So after considering it, I've decided to wait until everything is final before sharing.

But expect two spin-offs from the ����That Girl Universe💞(Good Girl, Bad Habits & That Girl: Bre). And a possible bonus 🤫.

Although I don't have any holiday or winter-themed books (yet), my stories are perfect for the season.

Whether you decide to dive into my entire collection all at once or take your time savoring each story, I'm sure my fictional worlds will whisk you away without taking you too far from reality.

To be honest, whenever I read my books, I can't help but cringe at the mistakes I find and wonder why I didn't catch them earlier. However, despite these imperfections, I am always impressed with my work when I take the time to read it.

Last night, I stayed up until 3 AM reading my book "Bre 2" because I allowed myself to become a reader and was drawn into the storytelling. This is what I love about writing and reading - whether it's my work or someone else's. I enjoy good storytelling and getting lost in the imagination through words.

Any tips for someone to get into writing? I used to do it all the time when I was younger, now I just feel like I don’t have the imagination anymore lol. But I recently discovered your work, and for some reason it gassed me up to start writing again. (Thank you for that btw), I just don’t know where to start.

Good afternoon my love! I'm honored that my work has inspired you. So the advice I have is to write whatever your heart desires, put it out, and don't second guess it. It took me a little to not care because we're human and I'm sensitive so it takes some getting used to if you're like me. Lol. But once your words find whomever they were meant for, write for them and yourself. Always yourself first though. Also, keep honest people around you. Whoever you get to test your work, make sure they aren't scared to be BRUTALLY honest. It prepares you, trust me. Not someone who dims your light, but makes sure you can shine as bright as possible knowing you're putting out what you're capable of. I hope this helps and good luck on your journey into the writing world. I'm proud of you!🤎

Update: Living out my dream as an author was fun, but lately it hasn’t been. I put a lot into my work and it’s become discouraging to keep putting out books that seem to be overlooked. I don’t have it in me to keep going, so with that said,

I will be taking a break, to figure out what's next.
