Amar raised a brow, looking up from their phone up to the other an apathetic almost pained grin as the man explained his circumstance made it's way to the businessman's face. "If you tell me from one to ten how dsstrous we're talking about, you won't have to buy me a drink" then, he reconsiders. "Based on the situation that brought us here in the first place, I would assume you are the one who needs a drink, so" a pause as Amar extends his arm for the other to fit into, arching one eyebrow in an almost challenging manner. "Let me buy you one. What kind of date would I be otherwise?"

"okay so this is totally random..." going up to the first person they found, "do you mind if we pretend like we're dating for the next five minutes? there's a uh grindr date gone horribly wrong here and i really don't feel like dealing with him. hoping he'll steer clear of me if he sees me being cozy with someone else. i'll buy you a couple rounds of drinks or food to make up for it!"

Amar isn't quite sure what he's doing at the ink shop, although completely sober, he can't remember much more than the necessity to go inside on his way from the office to home with the ache for something new then, five minutes later, waiting from what could be easily described as an over-worked lapse of judgement already inside the establishment, at least passing the door as his mind finally caught up with his actions.

Once regarded, the only thing the businessman could do was nod along and do as instructed, offering the other an understanding grin. "That's okay" he assured, taking out his coat whilst immediately rolling up his shirt's sleeves.

"I come with a blank canvas, three hours to kill and an open mind, if that helps."

Bella was fairly busy today but she preferred that way. There is nothing worse than being bored on job. She liked her job so much though. She always kind of knew what she wants to do once she get that opportunity.

She was sitting on the reception and doing some sketches. They were on her mind for a longer time now and she wanted to see how it is going to look on paper. She heard the bell but it didn’t stop her from sketching.

Amar roams Coral Coast with confident abandon, brown eyes scanning his surroundings as he takes the festival in and a smile stretches through his lips, gleeful. When the businessman first decided to leave behind everything he knew in the UK to start off fresh in Fairford, he was bombarded with interrogations from the rest of his family, asking him the reasoning behind his decision. At the time, there had been multiple reasons for him to move to the little town, all of them intangible or anyone who wasn't Amar himself who was already fairly familiar with the little town thanks to his then boyfriend and their holidays together, getting to know the beach town. Years and what felt like a lifetime later, said reasons remained as true and alive in his mind as the very first day, the music festival was nothing if not a reminder of that. Back home, he couldn't remember the last time he had felt the sense of community he got to feel every day whilst on Fairford, the calmness of it all.

With Jacob Collier playing in the background, he ventures to the nearest food pop-up he can find, a satisfied look on his face as he reads the name of a burger joint. Once he gets call to order, he grins at the person taking the order "I will have a— number three if you please, root beer" he says. A couple minutes pass by as he and the person handling the orders discuss the store's 'only cash policy' and his very own mistake of not carrying change, the ridiculousness of making others wait and making the job harder on the poor person dealing with it, making him stutter. "Y-You know what, fuck it. I'll pay for the people behind me, how about that?" he resolves, immediately turning to face a young man right behind him. "Sorry for the wait my dumb ass forgot to bring change but if it's okay with you, lunch is on me."

"I remember waking up in the middle of the night, the smell of coffee and half-burned scented candles filling my nostrils before any sort of light could be registered by my eyes. I remember that feeling of warmth and peacefulness one only feels when you're a kid, oblivious to the atrocities of the world. I remember my mum, mumbling to herself while sipping coffee and reading up 'til sunrise. She has been my superhero since."

"Yes, not the way you'd believe. Throughout your life, all the cells in your body die, decompose and regenerate. 330 billion cells a day mutate and according to those laws, in 100 days the cells that once formed you, are now dead and gone and new ones have arrived. We are meant to transform throughout time in order to survive— our body changes, our mind does too. I believe you can have more than one soul mate; each of them meant to teach you something and vice versa, each of them a living, breathing thing you have to nurture and help grow, if that makes any sense. Some of them grow so beautifully and so rooted within ourselves they never truly leave us, no matter how far apart they are. It's ever-changing and evergreen at least to me."

LONDON: HOW DO YOU TAKE YOUR TEA?

"Maa liked preparing for tea time by boiling the leaves with milk instead of water and I must accept, she passed that onto me. When I have enough spare time, I go that route, then add sugar and boil it all together again. Otherwise, simply milk, sugar and biscuits will do. A touch of bourbon may be added after a rather challenging day."

"Never up to my own standards and I will keep myself from doing so if I can help it, but I can move around a kitchen if necessary, my fear of doing so comes from growing up with the greatest cook as a mother and never quite being able to emulate the pieces of art she'd try to teach little ole' me, even to this day. I do make a decent lobster tortellini and a wicked Idli, or so I've been told by really kind people who love me and support me unconditionally."

"I enjoy discovering new flavors so I mostly always order something new. I tried rose petals with wine and chocolate the other day— a surprisingly good combination but I wouldn't say I have a favorite per se. Cone, always. Bowl if necessary, never carton. Toppings only if we are talking about frozen yogurt, then I will add my own weight in whatever tickles my fancy but in simple ice cream or gelato, I'm a purist. Yet again, I am always open to anything new."
