How often post-canon, do you see Celine doing things with Huntrix or doing things that are fun?

post-canon and post-reconciliation, she's hanging out with Rumi the most

her relationships with Mira and Zoey are still strained. they're cordial but she hasn't quite earned their trust back yet, no matter how willing Rumi was to give her another chance. does it sting? sure, but Celine isn't gonna complain

Rumi goes out to her compound for tea every so often. it's painful, at first, and Celine has to swallow many "this is how you fucked me up" pills from Rumi but soon they just put it behind them. this is a new dynamic

it's truly a redo of sorts, where Celine is trying to be more open of what she thought of Rumi during her childhood; how proud she was of her, how silly she thought she was, how Rumi really was the only thing that mattered to her for so many years and how that continues to be true (though Zoey and Mira are now included in that). it recontextualizes a lot of Celine's past actions in a way that broadens Rumi's understanding of her

that's their "fun", mostly. they'll play guitar together, too. Rumi realizes she hasn't hard Celine sing (in-person and not on recording) for nearly 5 years and it makes her cry a little bit. Celine helps her with the melody of a song that Huntr/x ends up singing on one of their tours

once it's been a while and Zoey and Mira turn over a new leaf with Celine, they start involving her with the hijinks. they text her about all the silly shit they get up to, especially if Zoey and Mira are pranking Rumi. Celine basically becomes a doting parent instead of their stoic mentor, asking if they've been eating enough/staying hydrated/getting enough sleep. they prefer that to thestoic and detached version of her that they've had in their heads for years

dinners at Celine's become a monthly occasion when they have breaks in their schedules. she's just happy to have them all in the house again

oh and also Celine finally comes out as a lesbian to them at one of these dinners (she's the first people to know apart from Miyeong and the third Sunlight Sister) and Zoey just screeches "I KNEW IT!"

Getting around this by seeing a stuffed animal in the store, looking at one of her born-to-riches girlfriends, and saying “please?”. Because it doesn’t count as buying stupid stuff for herself if they get it, and it doesn’t count as making someone else spend money on her because they share a bank account. And they like to spoil her so it all works out. But Mira likes to tease her and say “only if you’re good” and then get it on the way out.

I often talk about reality checking and going along with it when helping someone deal with delusions, but I felt as if I didn’t really make it clear to what I meant when I said it.
