Active then and now, Tima wouldn't let out on not getting her outdoor physical activities done, especially now that she had no job or education, it all felt weird to her. After successfully climbing the tope rope wall, her feet land safely back on the ground. She notices Mariana. It goes without saying the two aren't strangers, they've been in Stonehaven for their whole life and Tima has picked up on Mariana's not so subtle feelings towards her, she either wanted to be really good girlfriends or good girls, that are friends.

Either way, Tima got a odd excitement on seeing someone be so obviously flustered despite coming off as the opposite on a daily.

"I guess you were just gonna continue to stand there watching without saying anything? Did you come for some lessons... Or some protection?" When it came to roles for the group, Tima held the position of being apart of defense.

TW - MENTIONS OF DRINKING.

Tima didn't expect her last night adventurous of drinking would land her to wake up the next morning in house b. The only person who would have the heart and guts to bring her here that Tima could think of, would be none other than Deirdre... Even despite the fact that the two are no longer... Friends? If you can even call it that, some may have called it one sided, Deirdre was a great friend to Tima, and Tima kept her around, a rare sight-- well rare for her to allow the relationship to continue to progress. It was her own thoughts that Deirdre wasn't as good of friend as she displayed which made Tima cut her off, funny enough. She thought Deirdre was too pretentious or something.

But when they were acquainted, Tima made sure to be protective of her in return, she was adamant on that, like an older sibling or something.

Tima stands as she glances at the doorway where Deirdre stands.

"What you did was crossing boundaries, you do realize that right? I didn't ask you to do this. To bring me here instead of my assigned house. But then again, I guess that would have been too much for you to drag me home in walking distance right?... Either way you could have let me at the bar. Now you're gonna make it out to seem like I owe you right?"

LOCATION - HOUSE D the sterling duplex!

There was no being in the background when the circumstances of everyone's situation was clear and visible. Roles were assigned, houses, it was a lot. Tima wasn't exactly feeling her house and housemates at the moment, so she took the luxury of staying over at an another assigned house, house d, which is where Elias is staying. Both Tima and Elias are one in the same, both having presences that are stone cold built. And so before the current situation, the coming of their dynamic consisted of silence that wasn't awkward but oddly calming or Tima unexpectedly talking his ear off.

She liked the whole he doesn't do much thing, she was still gearing if her feelings towards him was a platonic thing or romantic thing, either way she never labeled it mentally or vocally.

Tima just knew she felt comfortable with him, and comfortable enough to watch a horror film in his assigned house as she ate popcorn, she doesn't hear what he says to her as she's engrossed with the tv.

"Huh?" She responds, her eyes still glued to the tv.

LOCATION - northview skate park!

There wasn't really anything that she couldn't do, but skating was just one of the things Tima didn't really care to adapt on. Alone, Tima is currently at The Northview Skate Park with its empty surroundings and no one to ride the skateboards that are out. Curious, Tima just simply steps one foot onto the skateboard, she's about to try and ride until she feels a presence near her, she turns. What an unfortunate turn of events with everything that has occurred, but the most one unfortunate was having to see and not be able to avoid Greyson Estrada as she wants.

He was an ex, and with that meant he was to be exited out of her life, which she was okay with. Is what she tells herself.

The two are such opposites, there and yet that's what was able to blossom their relationship and let it be so authentic and raw. But maybe it was too authentic and raw for Tima to handle, it was too real and scary, seemingly they both must have felt that way because it led to their breakup and just tension lingering.

"There's literally so many other empty places you could have gone to," her tone is calm, Tima's gaze falls back to the skateboard that her foot is still on.

What was there to not like about Camilla Bennett? Apparently enough for Tima to go on the way she does, given their encounters. To Tima, yes Camilla was gorgeous and had a lot going on-- which made the two similar in many ways, but now that they were in this new world. She wouldn't switch up her displayed disdain of her and how Tima usually carried herself. And by the looks of it, Camilla wasn't either.

After her presence shook Camilla while she had leaned over to take a better look at the work Camilla had been doing, Tima takes an announced seat across from her. "Intresting."

Tima lets out an amused snort while her eyes scan the table again before they meet Camilla's eyes for a second, despite the little silence that lingered when Tima looked at her, she needed to stay on track and not get side-tracked by Camilla's notable beauty.

"I know things are looking bad right now. But you don't need to result to messing these people's books up. Decorum can still be a thing. Plus, I already did this whole figuring out what's going on since I got a weird vibe, so I'm not sure what you think you'd be finding especially if I didn't find anything."

               camilla  is  used  to  having  answers  ...  not  question,  solutions.  the  longer  she  finds  herself  stuck  in  this  place,  the  harder  she's  finding  it  to  remain  composed  and  calm.  books  are  scattered  across  the  desk  in  the  library,  half  opened  to  random  pages,  others  with  her  writing  in  the  margins  (  who  was  going  to  stop  her  from  writing  in  the  books?  it's  not  like  they  had  anyone  to  provide  proper  discipline  );  answers  lingered�� in  the  background,  while  more  questions  simply  arised.  she  doesn't  hear  the  other  coming,  nor  does  she  hear  them  trying  to  capture  her  attention,  solely  focused  on  the  task  at  hand  and  blocking  out  any  noise  from  the  outside.  it's  not  until  someone  leans  next  to  her  that  her  body  jumps,  “  ⸻  jesus  ...  christ.  don't  sneak  up  on  me  like  that,  ”  a  beat.  “ what  do  you  want  ? ”

Riverbend diner was one of her go-to meal places since forever ago, and now for Tima-- the way things were looking, the diner hits even more different now. When she walked in, she didn’t expect anyone to be inside-- but then again, why wouldn’t they? It’s free food. Tima turns her direction towards the sound of the voice that had been directed to her.

Noah.

They're both seniors but from the moment Noah step foot into town and attend some classes together, her judging instincts to everyone she comes into contact with, were appropriate, given his character. He was full of it, it annoyed her to no end, his constant lies that escaped his lips so easily, she's had enough. At some point, he had their classmates convinced that she was infatuated with him or something, and that she was masking it with her usual cold exterior. Tima rarely spoke to Noah when they had classes, the only exception is when they unfortunately had study sessions.

But given circumstances now?

Tima shuts her eyes and takes a moment to herself before she just continues to walk, she doesn't respond to Noah, she's just here to get her food and bounce-- actually she wouldn't even leave, she wasn't a coward to not be able to eat in the same place as Noah.

But Tima ends up breaking her silence.

"Is that all you've been bingeing on? I'd like to know now so I know what's there and what's not before I step in the kitchen."

he worked at a diner back in his hometown. a spot a little less friendly and with a touch more grime. the vinyl booths cracked, the waitstaff smelling of smoke breaks and grease, the fluorescent sign fading one vowel at a time. it was second nature to drop a basket of curly fries into the fryer, watch them sizzle and then sling them onto a plate. he lit the burners, found an eighties soundtrack on the jukebox and slid into one of the empty booths. he was a third of plate in, contemplating cheese sauce when her heard the door slid open. he leaned in his seat with a crooked smile before saying, "if you've come looking for curly fries you're out of luck. i got dibs."

(  yandeh sallah.  cis-woman.  she/her.  )  did  you  hear  ?  FATIMA "TIMA" BAH  is  stuck  in  stonehaven  for  the  for  the  foreseeable  future  …  they've  lived  here  for  TWENTY-THREE YEARS  and  are  known  around  town  as  THE  ICE QUEEN,  though  back  in  high  school  they  were  better  known  for  being  voted  MOST LIKELY TO WIN A STARING CONTEST.  if  i'm  not  mistaken,  they’re  a  TWENTY-THREE  year  old  senior  studying  THEATRE ARTS  (  i  really  hope  that  translates  well  into  their  role  as  a/an  DEFENSE  in  the  ‘new  world'  ).  according  to  my  records  they  were  originally  on  the  trip  because  she wanted to genuinely volunteer but also see her older brother—  which  checks  out,  given  they’re  WELL-ROUNDED,  STERN  and  NARROW-MINDED.  if  you’re  ever  trying  to  find  them,  your  best  bet  is  to  start  at  neon cactus saloon  and  listen  for  someone  humming  pacer  by  doechii.  oh,  and  don’t  forget  to  try  calling  out  tima  or  picturing  the principal's office,  a soft yet commanding tone, eco-friendly fur, a daddy's girl, and the battle between girlhood and godhood. for  extra  help.  let's  hope  the  chaos  doesn't  get  to  them  …

THE ORIGIN STORY.

Tima was born and raised in Stonehaven by a Black mother and West-African father, along with her two older brothers.

Tima's mother was a prominent figure in the community, her family had a long lineage of being Stonehaven residents and providing for the long time residents and new coming residents as apart of the town hall.

It was obvious when growing up, that Tima’s mother was essentially the bread winner while her father had taken the prominent role of taking all three children outside the house and pushing them and strengthening their relationship within the outdoor nature as well as involving them in physical activities like with Brazilian Jiu-Jistu, for example. All this from a young age.

It wasn’t like she was the only feminine presence in the household, but with her mother always having meetings with the town hall, Tima had to always spend time within the male presence that surrounded her, which essentially made her closer and used to her father’s presence rather than her mother’s.

So Tima was getting down with her brothers, play fighting them— kicking their ass, really.

She would always win petty arguments and have her father on her side, every time while her mother had her brothers.

Her mother wasn’t as affectionate as her father was, which played into the way she grew up with her emotions.

But with the expectations of their parents, it’s usually the older sibling who the youngest sibling has to look up to. But in Tima’s case, she had to be the one to carry her family within her come up in her education and outside of her education.

Tima’s older brothers did not amount to what their parents wanted of them.

Giving up on the two oldest, Tima’s parents seemingly prioritized her and saw her older brothers as lost causes through their actions. They didn’t even see themselves going to college, having a career, at least not an ideal one to them.

TW MENTION OF DRUGS AND MENTAL ILLNESS Her older brother, Lamin moved out of Stonehaven while her other older brother, Omar was making wrong life decisions like the circle he associated himself with. Getting wrapped up into drugs, leading to his homelessness and diagnosis with schizophrenia, all while Tima is at college but unbeknownst to her parents, switching her major from psychology to theatre arts.

Though, despite the strain relationship her brothers have with the family, she didn’t cut times with them. Omar ends up in a shelter while she still attends college and still supports him, she’s the reason he’s in the shelter and is able to have his mental illness diagnosis.

It’s not a new revelation that Tima does community service, but this particular community service for the school trip involved her brother, and she had to secure her spot, without a doubt. But she has now secured her spot in a new world that differs from her old one, still very much finding herself resorting to ways she would in the past even when it’s not needed, like for her need to be in control.

so her mannerisms isn't heavily blank faces and staying quiet, she has a lot to say, whether anyone likes it or not.

has kinda always got everything she's wanted so her factory settings are accustomed to nothing else, but just that.
