Cyanotypes created after Gareth’s class on the Bad Girls of Hindi Cinema at home. These are the first images. Some came out faded, some really dark. Kept them all roughly 8-12 minutes in the sunshine in Delhi but the winter sun can be moody. Can’t really understand why. Have to do more experimentation.

Plan to add layers to the darkest one of Helen, Dancing Queen. Thematically focus on the diversity of region, religion and ethnicity that these women were known for.

Lightpool : Series of pictures of light. Shadow and movement. Reminds me of my first presentation of Advanced Printmaking where I photographed my work in varying shades of light and shadow. Collecting images of contrast and varying light. Might make Cyanotypes of these. Or might not.
