I haven’t felt this numb or lost in years. and I don’t want to talk about it to strangers on the internet or to my family or to any of my friends.
I don’t know why we’ve been conditioned to feel shame to ask for help or accept it. and I don’t know why some people will call you weak for finally asking for help or support.
