Two Truths and A Lie
Listen, here is the lie, there is order
and this is the hour where you find yourself.
Find value in your items you hoarder
and see there is no value in your wealth
But fear not you foolish naive young one
There exists nobody to judge you here.
Keep living like you have, keep having fun,
Ponder not the words of those who have fear.
No, heed my lecture, do not pass it off.
This devil lies to you, he wants your soul,
making you think you’re at a crest, not trough.
And he desires control of you whole.
A moment of order. Silence my heart.
Voices begone, I will choose my own part.

Not What It Used To Be
Behold the grandeur of Earth!
The oceans, roaring
The mountains, soaring
The hills, rolling
Nature, continually giving birth
Life is beautiful
Animals, wonderful
Humans, thoughtful
I hold you all in endless worth
Behold, the failure of what was once free!
The oceans, growing
But growth, slowing
The people, knowing
Yet they do nothing but watch the world bleed?
The blue is now grey
The green is now gone since yesterday
Sadly, alone, I can only say
The Earth is Not What It Used To Be.

Legend
Hark, hearten up and steel yourselves my friends
Look, that is the one who stories told of,
The figure immortal in the legends.
But lies and truth follow who we tell of
Know that glory is not kept for the just
Hate is as potent as adoration
Should the champion fail or let their skills rust
They shall know hell from their own old nation
But see that the warrior still moves on
They do not stop in fear, but push forward
Unto a new dawn, hesitation gone
Worry does not exist, moving onward
Look, there is one whose death is not their end,
Forever remembered in this legend.

Life of mine
My pencil life, oh what a life
It’s not that nice
Is it right for me?
I don’t know what is right, or what to write
Someone please shed some light
On what my life should be.
Primarily pencils pretend,
Proactively pushing past past positions,
Eventually ending even ends,
Especially eviscerating egos,
But beating bushes bends
bubbles brought by barons.
Mind, what movement hath you wrought today?
Have you brought ingenuity in your time?
Recall that your movement isn’t only in what you say.
Make your “do” moments memorable, life of mine,
Manifest your dreams, build the way,
Hard Work and Manners commit no crime.
Pencil, what shall you write?
Will you fight for what is right?
Guess
Oh, you’re finally answering now?
So tell me, is it for yourself or the crowd?
Yes
