There are many types of social platforms and have spread and developed widely, as it has become suitable for all categories of society, the elderly, young people, children of both sexes.

Since the advent of social networking sites with the beginning of the twenty-first century, I think we are coming to a new generation with those who grew up and raised since their youth with social networking sites, and this generation will undoubtedly be a generation quite different from previous generations.

Girls are one of those categories that deal with these communication sites, and the question here is do these social platforms have particular effects on girls in society?

I will present my personal opinion in this article before you can have an actual interview with one of the girls who use these sites.

The girl deals with different communication sites, allowing her the horizons of knowledge without any restrictions. For example, the girl has the ability to raise her awareness in the social field, and she can educate in the family, health and education fields in a way that she will serve in the future.

She also grew self-confident and was able to make a decision. Examples of this include the start of interest of girls in Oman in the field of entrepreneurship, and we see many Omani girls who started from scratch until they reached the world.

All the previous examples did not come from a vacuum, but entering the sites of social communication and watching the live examples in front of them and contact them and follow them can open the door of curiosity to learn and enter the field, and many aspects can not be absorbed by one article.

I interviewed Yousra Al-Jabri, a student in her last year at the university, where she said that her entry into the social networking sites gave her the opportunity to pursue her interests. She managed to develop her hobbies in playing the violin and also in the field of drawing and design.

Through these platforms, she was able to reach people and promote their works of art. Some of the brands were able to reach them and contract with them in order to benefit from their business in return for money, and their work has improved market value and quality than before.

This is a realistic case of the thousands of existing cases that we have seen at the beginning of the article, which confirms that there is a real and visible impact on girls from the impact of using social networking sites.

Every thing in the universe has its own identity, which distinguishes it from other things. Here, the term "identity" is not limited to humans only, but extends beyond abstractions, living things, colors, tangible and intangible.

We can say that identity is the set of qualities that distinguish one thing from another, and so for national identity, it is the set of qualities of a group of people combined by one homeland and one history and share the same language, civilization, culture and other characteristics.

Omani identity and the image spread about it is that the Omani man is conservative in his customs and traditions, carry with him wherever he went, both inside and outside the borders of the homeland.

He has a distinctive dress worn in official occasions such as Dashdasha, the Omani turban, the traditional Omani khangar with standard specifications, the Omani dialect known for its distinctive characters, and the calm and rational presence on social networking sites.

How do you know the Omani person in social networking sites?

There are several features that define the Omani identity on the social networking sites and through which you can assert that this person is Omani, the first is the distinctive Omani dialect with its own Omani aspirations and its distinctive characters that do not resemble any other Arabic or Gulf accent.
