Modern concept of memorialization Developed with a garden-like atmosphere that dispels Ghostly feelings brought about by the tomb.

Lot Utilization: - Two (2) full interments per lot - One (1) full Interment and a maximum of four (4) sets of bone remains per lot. - Maximum of eight (8) sets per lot Note: Only one (1) flat marker is allowed per lot regardless of number of interments.

Ossuary

Today, many people are searching for an alternative to loved ones which offers beauty and simplicity , thus translating to a stronger demand for ossuarium vaults in the market. Lot Utilization : - Maximum of two (2) or urns - One (1) set of human bones.

Memorial Court 

Offering convenience and a Certain levels of status, the court-area memorial comes in four or eight lots per unit, accentuated by a special tomb or monument Within a prescribed buildable area. 

Lawn Estate

Indeed a park for the living, enjoy the verdancy around. Designed with an altar, a fashionable enclave to enshrine memories.

Garden Estate 

Distinctly setting itself apart with its exclusivity , function , security ,and practicability, this new product boast of its innovative interment configuration and amenities which include gate and fence , bench, power outlet, with own meter, name, arc, and tent or trellis. Lot Utilization: -Maximum of eight (8) full interments -Maximum of ten (10) urns

When you want all the comfort, security, and prestige of having your own structure built in you own estate, this product is ideal for you. Mausoleums could only be constructed on a specific portion with prescribed height requirements, elevations, and building restrictions.

A 24 lot family estate

Each of the 24 lots measures 1 meter in width by 2.50 meters in length

May construct a memorial structure (Mausoleum) which shall not exceed 4 meters in height. An open memorial structure may contain not to exceed 12 above-ground vaults

See-through fence not exceed 1 meter in height is permitted

Comfort room is allowed in the mausoleum 

Senior Family Estate (SFE)

A 36 lot family estate

Each of the 36 lots measure 1 meter in width by the 2.50 meters in length

May inter 44 bodies

May construct a memorial structure (Mausoleum) which shall not exceed 5 meters in height. An open or closed structure may be opted. An open memorial structure may contain not to exceed 16 above-ground vaults

See through fence not exceed 1 meter in height is permitted 

Comfort room is allowed in the mausoleum

Double Niche

An 8 lot garden

May inter 18 bodies if double-tiered on 8 lots

If all the 6 lots are double-tiered with 2 tombs (side-by-side other) above, hence 14 vaults

Each of the 8 lots measures 1 meter (W) by 2.540 meters (L)

The 2 tombs above shall not exceed 2.50 meters in length, 2 meters in width, nor shall it exceed 1 meter in height above-ground

Garden Family Estate (GFE)

A 15 lot family estate

Each of the 15 lots measures 1 meter in width by 2.50 meters in length

May inter 20 bodies

May construct a memorial structure (Mausoleum) which shall not exceed 5 meters in height & may contain not to exceed 4 above-ground vaults

Each of the 8 lots measures 1 meter in width by 2.540 meters in length

See-through fence not to exceed 1 meter in height is permitted

Comfort room is allowed only if customer owns 2 or more units

Lawn Type Lot

Measures 1 meter (W) by 2.50 meters (L)

Double-tiered with lower & upper vaults

May inter 2 bodies with not more than 3 sets of bone remains in each of the 2 vaults

Only markers or tablets may be placed parallel to the ground

Single Niche

A 4 lot garden

May inter 9 bodies if double-tiered on four lots

If all of the 3 lots are double-tiered with 1 tomb above, hence 7 vaults

Each of the 4 lots measures 1 meter (W) by 2.50 meters (L)

The tomb above shall not exceed 2.50 meters in length, 1 meter in width, nor shall it exceed 1 meter in height above-ground
