This is a link to Blake Lively's full complaint against Justin Baldoni and holy shit is it incredibly damning. Most of the news outlets are skimming over the details but it is absolutely worth a read:

MommaB: What an incredible human being. Taylor came by the Childrens Hospital in KCMO to visit on Jaces floor. What an experience of a lifetime. Thank you @Taylor Swift for taking the time out of your schedule to come here for these kids and our son. and 2 days post eras tour windown?! Insane! (x)

The way anyone who works for taylor only has nice things to say about her is so indicative of her character not to mention the millions of dollars in bonuses like she is a great boss who pays her employees well and that really says a lot about her as a person

Said this in some tags but. Taylor gave out ~$200 million in bonuses - aka 10% of the GROSS PROFIT of the whole tour - but it didn’t come from the tour, those bonuses were money out of her bottom line; a number nowhere near the gross profit considering how much a tour like this would’ve cost to put on. And that’s before her charity donations which could nearly double that, or how out-of-industry-standard highly she already pays everyone.
With all of these components considered she genuinely probably gave away like, half her bottom line. That’s a real estimate and it honestly might be more. Everyone bitches about billionaires and how they should distribute their wealth and…. That’s literally what she did here. More than any other artist, like, ever. At this point I feel like the billionaire discourse is as trite and ridiculous as the “exes” discourse. Sorry but I never wanna hear about that nonsense ever again from within this fandom.

as proud as i was (and will forever be) after seeing the official tour gross, i am literally brought to tears by seeing the bonuses news. just thinking about how taylor is not just setting precedent in the industry, but also how she is inspiring me and millions of other fans to kind and generous, whether it’s to your employees or by being philanthropic. little kids are going to see this news and be inspired.
and then i spiraled into thinking how she has also inspired me to be resilient (how she always rises up no matter however many pushbacks she faces), be kind to myself and be proud of my past instead of be embarrassed by it, be hardworking and just to keep going. one of my fav things she’s said is that if you’re facing turbulence, it probably means you’re rising higher and higher. the biggest adventure of her life has just ended and im just very proud and emotional and i love her so much. she started doing this feeling lonely in life and now she makes millions of people not feel that way. she is there for us and we’re there for her, and it’s all just so beautiful. changed my life for the better, and i don’t even wanna know where i’d be without her.

I can't believe the eras tour is over. I really want to thank everyone for listening to the audios I made for this tour, I never imagined so many people would care about my little passion project to collect all the live versions of the surprise songs. This has been an amazing journey to go on with all of you <3 <3 <3

There’s just something incredible about how much lives have changed over the course of this tour…so many of us got married or had kids or changed jobs or moved or graduated…the people we were, us and Taylor, on the day she announced Eras would be amazed by who we are today
Just imagine telling Glendale N1 Taylor that on the last night of the tour someone would be in charge of telling her the outcome of an NFL game so she knows if Karma is the guy on the screen or the guy on the Chiefs
But imagine that for yourself too…all the ways you’ve grown and changed since then
And I know not all the changes are rosy…but it’s still just mind-blowing to me how much life really happens in the course of two years
