Which ride are we trying first? Alpine coaster? Are we trying the fried cheese on sticks? Are we going to rub the big feet for good luck?!
So it's finally summer, which means it's finally time for me to hit up the cryptid-themed amusement park. It's like I was supposed to go. Who wants to go meet Bigfeet?

No speaking, if you don't want to. Probably lots of people but you go in your own car, so you don't have to interact if you don't want to. A drive-in is like a movie theater except you bring your car and watch the movie on a big screen inside it.
Anyone interested in going to the Midnight Drive-In to figure out what all of the hype surrounding the film The Awakening of the Jiggly Pears is?

Describe an NPC who is important to your character's story. Is this person still a part of your character's life? What are your character's feelings towards them? Have those feelings shifted, or have they always been constant?
Gussie's mother is the one who banished her and how she ended up in Wicked's Rest. As a fae muse, you are not supposed to feed off of one person for too long but that didn't stop Gussie. Due to her negligence, she ended up killing and was banished for her wrongdoing.
The Breakfast Club. A group of people who worked at a local video rental store many years ago in the 1980s. She often misses those times.

We've got Sludge au Chocolat, Sludge Chocolate Croissant, Sludge Tart, you know...basically the same menu but with Sludge thrown in the title! The "sludge" is just chocolate.
What...exactly would those sludge-themed treats be?

Could you imagine? We would go out of business by supplying non-food items!
Wait, I love Starring Role. Please tell me that sludge-themed means actually themed and not made with actual sludge.

Blisters! Just like the Black Plague! Ew, that's so gross! Maybe we shouldn't find someone who has touched it, because what if it's contagious?
Yes, like, I don't know, blisters, I guess? How [...] would that happen? Like, are you saying it could melt me??? Okay, yeah, that actually sounds like a good idea. I [...] don't know anyone who has touched it, though....

Of course not! It's not real sludge, just sludge-themed. You know, like how a lava cake isn't made from real lava?
Sludge treats? Did you get sludge from road? Not clean.

Gussie has an enchanted cameo necklace infused with the spirit of her great-grandmother. It is considered a family heirloom that required the assistance of a necromancer to create. In social situations, the necklace may offer advice and flatter conversation partners. Usually. Great-grandma often has a lot to say.

You should probably get that checked. Although, if the ground is moving, then you will likely be lied to about the whole thing.
I know there's still mining going on but are you supposed to be able to feel them working? Can anyone else feel the ground move?
Or do I just need more sleep

Skin disease? Hmm, maybe it will do that, but perhaps it will turn anyone who touches it into a black sludge. You know, for the purposes of science, I think that we should figure out if anyone has touched it then ask them what side effects they have.
I [...] just thought it'd make me sick or give me weird skin diseases but that sounds way worse if that's even possible. How would it turn me into black sludge? What kind of abilities, tho? You think it could also [...] remove some if the person already has some abilities? Asking for a friend Figuratively?

Oh! Do you think that the town is slowly trying to eat everyone? Maybe it is simply very, very hungry.
If anything, the black hole is where the mine was. Great, that'll be the next big thing to occur. Knowing this town, anything is possible.

What do you think will happen if you touch it? The black sludge, I mean. Do you think that it will turn you into black sludge? Or maybe you'll gain some sort of abilities from it. Do you want to find out?
Finally got my PC fixed! Is anyone else joining the trash clean-up crew for the Pile? Or is it already too late? I was thinking about joining it, but I'm a little concerned about being made to [...] pick up some of that strange black sludge I keep hearing about from the customers. It's not toxic, is it?

Isn't that exciting though? I can't wait to see what happens next. What do you think it'll be? Maybe a black hole will open up and devour us all.
So there are weird shiny rock crabs, and now we have black ooze. Anyone else think this is the start to a Lovecraftian horror?

Would you say your first response to danger is more of a fight, flight, or freeze?
That depends on the danger, right? Giant monster trying to eat me: run! Medium monster trying to make friends: hug! Small monster trying to beg for food: feed it!
What was the question again? And why are you asking?

Exactly! Wait, are you on my side? Well anyway, I think that someone should go looking around town at night to see if there's anyone glowing in the dark. Just to make sure, you know.
LuisJavier 20 minutes ago
NTA, they shouldn't have pressured you into touching it, especially if you all already knew it could be dangerous. Your friends should be more sympathetic towards you. Talking it over more would possibly have been a lot more helpful than cussing them out, though.
