As far as I know, Korean churches only started implementing these red neon crosses in the 1960s, so they wouldn’t have existed during the Korean War, but what’s historical accuracy to a visually bold idea? The crosses are supposed to act as a beacon so people can see the church for miles and know that they’re welcome, but a lot of people find them to be a nuisance, and they contribute a lot to light pollution. I had that idea in my head while drawing this. I could say a lot about this drawing but I shan’t because I want everyone to have their own idea about it <3 Please tell me what you think !!

Drawing this ambulance nearly killed me and you can barely see the details anymore 😭 You can tell in the closeups that the quality is a little low, that’s because I had to compress it a lot so nightshade wouldn’t explode my computer. All in all it’s not that bad. A textured brush hides a multitude of sins.

I wish epilepsy was taken more seriously because I literally see constant untagged and extreme strobe, especially on tiktok but even on YouTube. I have a filter but it does not work on tiktok, it only blocks regular videos. I’m still suffering from the seizure I had around 5 hours ago and my head feels likes it’s going to explode. Please, please, tag properly. I don’t wanna hear a single ‘but trigger warnings are bad!!!’, epilepsy is serious and seizures can kill.

i hate when i make body-hair positivity posts and people (almost always white) comment with stuff like “yes fuzz is so cute!” like no….i’m not here for my girls with just fuzz i’m here for girls who have thick dark coarse hair all over their bodies, girls who have eyebrows thicker than their dad’s, girls whose eyebrows blend in with their hairlines, girls with mustaches, girls with thick sideburns, girls who have hairy arms, legs, toes, fingers, and hands, girls with nipple hair, girls who can’t tell where their tummy hair ends and their happy trail begins, girls with back hair, girls with unibrows. hair doesn’t have to be peach fuzz on a white body for it to still be cute.

I love writing and coming up with ideas. I enjoy what I can write, and I tend not to fault myself for my shortcomings.

But man, I am so disheartened by the way I can't write well. My scenes come out feeling clunky, I personally wouldn't care to read the amount of words I've written. When I go in with a scene in mind, nome of it comes out making sense. When I read and think about the writing style, the words used that feel natural. But I get to my writing, and I can't break that barrier of words. I know them, but I can't use them, and I'll always just be writing down scene snippets till I'm bored and they rot away somewhere. That's really sad.
