#im sure ive posted this already but wtv#oo and recently ive been practicing the intermediate series until parsva dhanurasana after the first series and i think its going#pretty well lol#before id practice some pf the following backbends right before urdva dhanurasana to open my back#but doing it as part of the actual series before a deeper backbend was jst too much too soon for my back so im taking things gradually#jst because u can do a pose individually doesnt mean ur ready to do the full sequence as part of ur practice#ie i also love to practice eka pada sirsasana and diff arm balances but im not in a rush to get to them in the series#music#Youtube

just saw her live at the jazz fest <3
#it was an amazing show that went by so fast#i danced as much as i could given the crowd lol#shes even more gorgeous irl and her voice is impeccable#and shed groove around with her dancers slash bachip singers#but i was not expecting the semi-twerking lol that took me by surprise#there was some awkwardness stemming frm the fact that she doesnt kno allot about canada (esp quebec)#she was talkong about independence day and how our countries were likes siblings and the crowd was silent lol#but the rest was fun lol she is very charismatic on stage and came back for an encore
