Day 2: Poison

I don’t think All Might is a stranger to ripping his scar open. Those first few months of villains post-injury must’ve been rough

The fact that out of all the villains All Might fought from 5 years ago, Izuku’s mind jumped to Toxic Chainsaw, always made me think that it was an especially hard fight.

Nowhere near the level of inflicting such an injury on him, but I can’t imagine adjusting to his new limits was a smooth process. I could easily see him tearing his wound open during a fight, back when it was fresh

I think Toxic Chainsaw was one of his first fights after receiving his injury, or maybe that he rushed off to fight still injured to some degree (since none of the available heroes could handle it)? Maybe something like this sparked the conversation with Nighteye
