Just some shots of the house, garden and the chapel up the hill where Ryan always takes Indira to fetch sticks. We'll be leaving Chateauneuf-Villevieille soon, to go who knows where. We had some good times around that pool.

A solo hike up to the summit of Mont F茅rion from the house. After the pine and regular oak woodland on the East side of the ridge, it changes to the evergreen holm oak as soon as you get on to the other side at Colla Bassa, and then pine forest again further up, but this time huge majestic specimens. That's me sitting by the chapel de Saint Michel a few hundred metres from the top. Est茅ron the stick joined me, complete with mountain bike grip and DIY ferrule. I'm thinking of finishing it in Danish oil.
The views here are across the Var to Mont Vial, Mont Lion and the Caussols plateau, with a couple looking South to the sea.
Spring is in full swing.

I had to walk to Tourrettes-Levens to get wine because the others were away, so I made a big hike of it. An excellent, interesting route.
