       A MATHS TEACHER.  The words strike a chord with her but she’s careful not to the let the strings break. Clara can’t spend her life  shivering  at the memory of a former teacher. The position had to be filled, she knew. Someone had to take his schedule, his parking space, his classroom.  ——————  But she’s getting carried away with herself. Not every detail of the school revolves around Danny Pink  and certainly not anymore.

BROOKE TOOK NOTE of the way her colleague’s body T E N S E D, though it only lasted as quick as it had come on, the woman couldn’t help but feel like she SAID SOMETHING wrong. OF COURSE she had heard of what had happened to the previous maths teacher, yet she never delved as much into it as she had planned.

her hand is held out now, almost cautiously as she gave CLARA OSWALD another look over. HER FIRST DAY was going as well as she could’ve hoped, but her meetings with the OTHER teachers had been as a w k w a r d as this had been. possibly it was too EARLY for them. they hadn’t dealt with mr. pink quite yet.
