does anyone else put their phone in another room or turn notifications off when they send a text or message that they're anxious about so you deliberately have no knowledge of whether or not the person has replied yet. because the knowledge that they have not replied yet is agonizing but also knowing that they did reply is also anxiety inducing. am i just insane
