Starting February 23rd 2022 our Blue Island 🏝 Location @ 13012 Western ave will be closed permanently due to us being EVICTED !!! The Building was sold without us even knowing it was for sale !!! I always tell my clients how hard the Rental game is and now I’m just another statistic !!! I did not only Rehab the whole Building I always paid the rent on time even during the pandemic !!! We will have a Temporary Office Location in the Garden Level @ 2412 James St. on the corner of Olde Western and James St. !!! If you need to drop off paper work or sign something you can stop by this location !!! If you need to GET APPROVED you will have to come out to our Frankfort location at 21116 Lagrange Rd !!! Don’t be alarmed we will never leave the City that made us !!! We have already started the Buildout on our New Location in Blue Island 🏝 13034 S Western ave !!!
