I think that is the refrence to his first manga “ Gorgeous Irene” (btw good manga) it also appears on the Eyes Of Heaven game in a cutscene. He also made a refrence in part 6 by naming the other Jolyne Irene.

That was in the gif from earlier where Joseph slugs a vampire in the face with a Tommy Gun. Window says Irene, folks who finished reading part 6 can wonder if it’s a reference to that Irene
