Sorry I haven’t been too active on this account, guys.

It’s been hard to find joy for the past couple of months.

Tomorrow marks two months since my eldest brother passed away (thankfully of natural causes and seemingly in his sleep)

I’ve been doing fine lately; however, all of the news of so much death in my area and knowing how it is impacting people I know who have lost friends and loved ones if difficult. My own brother planned on going to Pulse nightclub on the night of the shooting but was too tired to go. Thankfully he and his friends are perfectly safe.

My heart just feels so heavy right now

I don’t even know what to say. I just need You. I need You more than the air I breathe or the company I long for. Jesus, You are so much greater than my feelings and circumstances. Help me to trust You. Help me to take heart and wait on You.
