I personally believe Loki and Sylvie have one sided feelings. Loki liked Sylvie but Sylvie only sees him as a friend bc from my POV she looked really confused in the scene where he was about to confess.

Almost like that situation when one person reads into the relationship and the other is oblivious that the affection they showed the other affected them it sent them spiraling into emotional confusion.

since loki is canonically bi, the tie scene literally could have been an awkward attempt at flirting. the bumping into mobius while they walk? flirting. standing on top of him in the elevator? flirting. feet entangled under the table? you guessed it. flirting. loki met his match—someone who could see thru his bullshit while still admiring/liking him— and got an instant crush.
