Most of you can tell I've lost my muse here. I'll be back from time to time. Thanks.

Reddington was not the sort of man who worried much. "From what I've heard Lecter has an aversion to rudeness. I've learned a little politeness goes a long way. I doubt he'll see me as a target. If he does I can protect myself. If not..."
Red shrugged elaborately. "I knew the risk when I took the job."

"Yes." He said simply. He didn't have Lizzie's gift for reading people but he could tell Clarice was hardworking. She was driven by a sense of justice. It probably stemmed from some unresolved trauma, earlier on in life. She sought redemption as all humans seemed to.
"Go on and eat. I'll take you for a real dinner later."
He was intrigued by the woman. But it didn't mix well with his intense guilt. He told himself it was better to know the woman helping him to save Elizabeth. It was the best way.
