Adopting kid Loki

Everyone was really hesitant at first when I brought up the idea of bringing kid Loki back with us. But there was something about the sweet little boy that I couldn’t just leave. He was a lot younger than everyone remember or even saw. Kid Loki was really baby Loki as he was only 2 or 3 years old as this variant. The other kid Loki who was more commonly known was off in some adventure. This poor baby really didn’t understand what he was doing or what was happening to him. So I took it upon myself to watch over him while I wait for my Loki’s return. His only friend was Croki, who I learned every quickly didn’t like new people getting close to his friend. When my Loki came into the picture he was beyond shocked to begin with, then I spring the adoption idea in him and he goes even crazier.

“Sweetheart we can’t take him with us.” Loki tried to reason

“But Loki look at him! He’s just a baby! We have to take him or else who’s going to take care of him. Croki can only do so much.” I argued

Croki at that moment looked up from is napping spot with baby Loki and grunted.

“See even he agrees with me!” I continued to push.

“Love we might not even be able to get out of here in one piece and you want to bring a baby with us?” Loki tried to reason with me.

“Well of course Croki would come with us.” I say very seriously.

“Loki listen please” I start to say as I sit him down near the two sleeping “I can’t leave him here, I just can’t. It hurts to much to see that he’s already been here for so long. Please let me take care of him and love him like he deserves. Like you deserve. They both are apart of you and I want to love all of you.” I sob out

Loki wipes away my tears know full well I won’t leave here until I have those two with me.

“My sweet darling love your heart is too big for a foolish god like me! How did I ever get so lucky in earning your love.” Loki states with so much love in his eyes

“Alright let’s get them out of here so we can be a happy family” Loki laughs

“Really! You really mean that!” I jump up with excitement

“Pet, I know that no matter what I say you are taking those two whether I like it or not. So why not just agree and be the father I never got to them” Loki says

“I love you more than anything” I run to him and hug him so tightly

“I love you too darling! Now come one we got to get out of here”

After Loki says that I bend down to where baby Loki and Croki are and softly shake them awake. Baby Loki looks up at me with the biggest baby eyes I have ever seen. I grab him and my Loki and I start our escape (something we are both really good at).

After making it out of that horrible place I take back baby Loki and Croki to our shared apartment to eat some food and get ready for bed. Dinner was squished peas for the little guy and raw rabbit for Croki. Loki and I had chicken nuggets and tater totes. I got baby Loki ready for bed, with in 5 minutes he was fast asleep and Croki wasn’t far behind. I stood in the door watching them peacefully sleep and felt arms come around my waist and a head sit on top of mine.

“Thank you for convincing me to adopt them” Loki mumbles while leaning into you

“Thank you for letting me convince you” I say with a soft smile on my face.
