😭 Guys pls pretend you didn't just see that Rumi x Songbird fic… it wasn't supposed to be posted yet!! I must've accidentally hit post while I passed out mid-editing 💀 I literally just woke up and saw that people already read it (and some even reblogged?? omg) 😭 I'm so sorry but I had to delete it for now. There's still a lot of things I wanted to add there and just like I said you guys weren't supposed to see that yet—sooo pls ignore that sneak peek for now 🥺 thank you...

EDITED! Holy crap, I just realized what anon's question actually meant—so sorry it was so dumb of me :(
Do you have any tips for people who want to start writing but don't know where to start? I just really love your writing it's amazing. And I can't wait till the next chapter for Songbird in Chains<3
Hii! 💞 Okay, sooo—I'm honestly not the best at giving advice, but I'll try my best to share how I started. When I write my stories, I really take my time imagining all the possibilities of what could happen. I spend hours(days) thinking about it, making sure the characters feel strong and real, that their personalities make sense, and that the story is solid.
But here's the thing—it's okay if things aren't perfectly set from the start. You can figure out a lot as you go, adding details and building depth while you're writing. But if you think you already have your story idea and it's ready, start drafting! First, list down all the things you want to happen in the fic in order—the key events, the characters who will appear, and the sequence those events will follow. This helps keep your story organized while still giving you space to be creative. Personally, I'm kind of a perfectionist (which can be a bad and annoying habit of mine 😅) I'll redo my drafts over and over until I'm happy with the start of my story, even though I know there will still be mistakes. I also use websites and ai tools to fix my grammar and sentences, making them clearer and easier to understand, and I HIGHLY recommend trying them if you want to write in more detail ^^
I pull a LOT of inspiration from my favorite movies, shows, music, and even other fics that I've read. I try to find things that matches the vibe of what I'm writing, and that really helps me get into the mood and mindset. Most importantly—don't rush. Take your time, let your ideas breathe, and use your imagination freely. The more you enjoy the process, the better your story will feel (this is something I tell myself all the time)
I really hope this helps! And gosh—sorry if my tips aren't exactly what you were hoping for 😅 but I wanted to share what I could. Though always remember, you write for yourself first, before you write for other people. Writing is a way to release the ideas that have been living rent-free in your head, to put them out into the world in your style.
It doesn't have to be perfect, and it doesn't have to please everyone—what matters most is that you are having fun and feeling proud of what you've created.

Hearing that you enjoyed my writing 🩷 means a lot to me than I can say—thank you, hun!!

Will there be cheating or sa in songbird in chains.
I'm not sure if answering this might spoil anything, but I'll just say it—
I don't really consider it "cheating" if songbird!reader ends up interacting with the saja boys against her will, so it's more complicated than that.
As for the SA part, I can't promise there won't be scenes in future chapters where Songbird might experience it, but I'll do my best to keep those moments as light as possible. I don't want to romanticize sexual assault, knowing it can be deeply uncomfortable for many readers... but it's also an important part of what shapes songbird's character, and showing it is necessary to understand why she is the way she is now, and who she'll grow into in the future chapters.

in my head songbird has never had penetrative sex so the first time one of (or several 😰) of the saja boys want to have sex itll suckkkkk for her LOL
uuuuhhh yeah, you're not wrong—songbird has never taken the real thing before, so let's just say… her first time with the boys would DEFINITELY ruin her 💀

Hiii - i just wanted to let you know that ur writing is amazing. I‘ve just read the last chapter of your yandere kpop demon hunters story and I‘m genuinely obsessed. Thank you for sharing your writing. I hope u have an amazing day<33
Thank youu so much!! 💖 I'm really, really happy that you enjoyed it. Honestly, I was super hesitant about posting this story at first since I don't have much experience writing series or turning characters into yanderes. I kept worrying that my writing might come off as cringy or over-the-top, especially with all the detailed scenes and emotions I include, and that people might not understand it.
Honestly, reading all your comments makes me super emotional and grateful 🥹 It really motivates me to keep writing and stay true to my story idea
All of your support means so much to me, especially on days when I feel insecure about my stories. So thank you for taking the time to read and share your thoughts—it genuinely brightens my day! 💋💋💋
(Low-key giggling and kicking my feet in class rn <33)

(ps: here's a quick sketch of songbird!reader that I whipped up during my FPL class ^^)

poor songbird it feels like once the Saja boys catch sight of her shes going to need to cry alone more than a few times maybe drinking a few bottles of wine while shes at it
Five pairs of eyes were fixed on the glowing tablet in Jinu's hands. As he sat squarely in the middle of the long black couch, posture deceptively relaxed—one leg crossed over the other, with a sleek iPad balanced effortlessly in his lap. Its pale light slid along the sharp edge of his jaw, brushing across the cut of his cheekbones, catching in the faint narrowing of his eyes. His expression was unreadable, save for the quiet tension in the way his fingers rested against the frame.
To his right, Abby lounged like he owned the space, pink hair falling across his gaze as he leaned forward to read the words again. His long legs sprawled open, one muscular arm draped lazily along the backrest behind Jinu—close enough to feel like an unspoken embrace. On Jinu's other side, Romance tilted his head just enough to sweep his long, heart-shaped bangs behind one ear, scanning the message with a slow, knowing smile curling over his lips.
Behind them, Mystery and Baby loomed like shadows in human form. Mystery's silver hair veiled half his face, but you didn’t need to see both eyes to feel the oppressive weight of his stare—all of it pressing into the words on the screen. Baby leaned his elbows on the backrest, chin propped in his palm, with his boyish features sweetened by the glow of the gadget… Yet the pale blue of his eyes held a cold glint, sharpening his smile into a quiet threat.
The message was read once... Then twice...
The silence was thick, it clings to your skin and pressed against your ribs, heavy enough to make your heartbeat thunder in your ears.
Slowly, their gaze drifted from the screen before settling on you, and the air seemed to drop a few more degrees—as if it hadn't already been freezing in the shadow of their presence.
A chill crawled down your spine. You didn't notice you'd stopped breathing until your lungs burned.
Jinu's lips curved, but there was no amusement in it. A low, humorless chuckle rumbled in his chest as he handed the iPad to Baby without once breaking eye contact.
"Bold of you," he said with a slow smirk curling his lips, as his gaze swept over you. "To think you'll ever be alone… even for a glass of wine… when we're around."
Your trembling fingers curled into fists, nails biting into your palms, frozen at your sides.
Abby drummed his fingers lazily against his thigh before curling them towards you in a slow, deliberate beckon. "Come here, baby girl," he coaxed, with a low purr threading through his voice, sinking deep into your bones.
When you didn't move immediately, his tone snapped sharp as a whip.
"Don't make me repeat myself," Abby added, with his voice dropping lower, each word edged with warning.
Your legs felt heavy, but they carried you forward, step by step. The sound of your own footsteps echoed in your head, almost drowning beneath the weight of their collective gaze. Five pairs of eyes followed your every move—stripping you bare without a touch, peeling away more than just clothing.
You stopped a few meters away, unable to bring yourself closer—but Jinu gave you no chance to linger. His hand shot out, fingers snapping around your wrist like a manacle, and with a single, sharp tug, you stumbled forward—landing on your knees between his legs.
"Sit," he ordered, narrowing his eyes as his grip on your wrist tightened, making you wince. You moved hesitantly, slowly crawling up until you were straddling him.
His arm immediately locked around your waist, pulling you down to settle firmly on his lap. The heat of his chest pressed against your breasts, with his intoxicating scent coiling into your lungs until it was all you could breathe in. His free hand traced a slow, deliberate path up your spine, sliding over your hip, as it squeezed your thigh before settling with quiet possession on the curve of your ass—giving it a firm squeeze that made your breath hitch.
"You see, songbird…" Jinu's voice brushed against the shell of your ear as his free hand left your wrist, fingers curling under your chin to tilt your face up until your gaze locked with his. His thumb grazed your lips, and in the dim light, his dark eyes seemed to catch a faint, unnatural yellow glow. "You don't get to disappear from us. There's no crying in the dark where we can't see you… no hiding what you're feeling. Let alone drown yourself in a bottle that will do nothing but destroy you."
He chuckled softly, though the cold beneath it was impossible to miss, "It would be a mistake to think you'll ever have a moment to yourself again."
You tried to look away, but Jinu's hold on your chin tightened, fingers pressing until your cheeks pouted under his touch, forcing your gaze back to his.
"But they are right about one thing..." Mystery's voice was soft, curling into the air like smoke, warm at first but carrying a shadow beneath. His head tilted, eyes half-hidden under the fall of his thick bangs, watching you with something unreadable. "The moment we meet you… your life will change. And who knows—maybe we could be the best thing that ever happens to you." A faint smile curved his lips, tender yet edged with something you couldn’t name.
"…Or the worst," Abby added with a sinful grin, leaning in until his breath ghosted against your left ear. "Either way, you'll remember every second of it."
"We'll always be by your side, and we'll never leave you… not like those hunters."
Your eyes flicked to the side, meeting Romance's warm yet unmistakably possessive gaze as he gently brushed your hair back behind your ear.
"We'll make sure your little heart is well taken care of~" he murmured, his smile tender but unyielding. "We can't have you going all sad now—no, no, that would only lead you to drinking. Which is very unhealthy for something so small and fragile like you." His tone softened into a coo, as if speaking to a child rather than a grown woman.
"You won't need bottles to feel better…" Abby's voice slid in like velvet, with his words curling around you and trailing down your spine like a touch. "Once you meet us, you won't have time to think about pain—you'll be too busy feeling us."
His mouth curved in something that wasn't quite a smile. "You'll smile when we tell you to smile… and you'll cry only when we allow it. Never again will you waste another tear in the dark where we can't see you." His large hand then slid over your shoulder, caressing with deliberate slowness, as his eyes dragged over your face like he was already undressing every thought you had. "And if the pain gets too much… we'll find a way to numb it for you. One that doesn't involve drinking, or hiding from us."
His thumb brushed your collarbone, as his tone dropped into something darker. "Though… you might cry in the process. Just so you know." He gave you a lazy shrug, as if the thought of your tears didn't bother him in the slightest.
Your breath came uneven, chest tight as your gaze flicked from one pair of eyes to the next—each stare pressing in on you, suffocating, as if they could strip your soul bare without a single touch.
The air felt thicker with every second, your pulse was pounding in your ears until it was all you could hear. Every instinct screamed to look away, to run, but their attention pinned you in place like a butterfly under glass.
But then you met the coldest gaze of them all.
Baby had been silent until now, watching every twitch of your face as if committing it to memory. His eyes narrowed, a bright yellow flicker flaring in them like a flame—like a predator locking onto its prey. His chin still rested lazily against his palm when he spoke, voice so low and deep, yet softened to something almost intimate.
"…I can't wait to break you."
Those words slipped out like a secret meant only for you, and the cruel, boyish smile that followed made them all the more terrifying—proof that something monstrous could hide behind something so deceptively harmless.
Jinu's grip on your chin tightened slightly, tilting your head so that your gaze was forced to meet all five of them at once. The weight of their attention pressed in from every angle, suffocating, almost tangible.
"But all of that…" His voice dropped lower, each word laced with intent and patience, dripping like honey over steel. "…can wait."
Romance leaned closer, cheeks lightly flushed, with his breath teasing your hair. "We'll see you soon, sweetheart~" he murmured in a warm tone, yet impossible to ignore the obsession curling beneath it.
Mystery's whisper came next, voice soft as silk yet carrying a shadow that made your spine prickle. "Sooner than you think..."
Your pulse raced. You were trapped, like a lamb caught in a circle of hungry wolves, each one watching, waiting, teeth gleaming behind carefully controlled smiles. You wanted to shrink, to simply disappear, yet you couldn't move against the suffocating pull of their gaze—and the chilling knowledge that there was no escaping the hunger in their eyes.
(May your heart survive this, my dear songbirds...)

ᯓᡣ𐭩 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐎 : Hii! My name is Aila (or Ailapot). I'm a new dark fic/yandere writer, who also does art sometimes. My goal? Is to fuck hot fictional characters and write shit I'd be way too ashamed to share with my parents.
ᯓᡣ𐭩 𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 : English isn't my first language (I'm actually 🇵🇭), so every fic I post goes through heavy editing—BUT there might still be a few mistakes here and there...soo yeah (I'm still getting the hang of being a writer and all, so please bear with me! )
My stories often contain detailed storytelling, explicit language, and mature themes, including sexual content. If any of these topics might trigger you or make you feel uncomfortable, I'm truly sorry, but I kindly ask that you don't interact with my work.
Stay safe and comfy while reading, darlings! 💞💞💞
Btw, if you're into dark short stories with cartoonic arts, you should totally check out my lil bro's blog @justalilbirdmaskguy ✍🏼

Heyy~so a lot of parts got scratched from Chapter 2. For example, the Saja Boys were originally supposed to appear at the end, and Gwi-ma too, but I decided its better for them to show up in the next chapter instead.
*Ahem* anyway, I'm making this post because I wanted to let you guys know that one of these days, I'll be dropping a deleted scene from chapter 2 — the part about how Rumi first met Songbird!Reader! 💖 This was supposed to be the intro for the chapter, but I realized it would make the chapter way too long, so I cut it in the final edit
Buuut… I don't want my hard work to go to waste, so expect that post sometime soon~ Just so you know 😉
