What pet names/terms of endearment I think different Arcane characters would use towards their kids:

(Includes CaitVi, Timebomb and JayVik just because)

Felicia:

Calls Vi ‘Flower’ when she’s younger but as she gets more tomboyish starts calling her ‘Vi Vi’ or just ‘V’

Calls Powder/Jinx things like ‘Doll’, ‘Baby’, ‘Baby girl’, ‘Pow Pow’ basically any and all cutesy babying like names

Calls both girls things like her ‘monkeys’ and her ‘little shadows’

Vander:

Calls Mylo ‘string bean’ and ‘motor mouth’ because he frequently talks too much and challenges people much stronger than him to a fight which Vander needs to de-escalate

Calls Claggor ‘Clag’ and ‘Googles’ for obvious reasons and occasionally ‘Think Tank’ just because he’s strong and keeps a level head while mostly keeping to his own thoughts

Calls Vi ‘slugger’ and ‘Steam Tank’ because she can get hot headed as well as just ‘Knuckles’

Calls Powder a lot of the names Felicia used for her like ‘Doll’ and ‘Pow Pow’ but also calls her ‘Doodles’ just because she colours on things so much

Calls all the kids his ‘gaggle’ or his ‘little punks’

Silco:

Never feels right using any of the pet names Felicia used for Jinx

Sticks to using more elegant sounding or refined sounding terms. Calls Jinx things like ‘Dear’, ‘Child’, ‘Darling’, if Jinx is having a bad day he might use ‘angel’

If he’s feeling particularly sentimental he’ll address her with ‘my’ in front of previous pet names ‘my dear’, ‘my darling’ etc. Some people think it’s because he thinks he owns her, others think it’s a warning to others that to hurt her would result in consequences from him. While some is the latter, mostly he adds the ‘My’ to remind Jinx he wants her around and that she’s exactly where she needs to be

He has nicknames that he never says aloud and only ever thinks or writes down in his journal, like his ‘colourful explosion’, ‘chatterbox’, and once ‘Mini Felicia’ due to Jinx’s mannerisms mimicking her mothers so much

Cassandra & Tobias:

Similar to Silco in that they mostly stick to refined or elegant terms of endearment. ‘My love’, ‘My darling’, or ‘Princess’

Cassandra sometimes calls Caitlyn her ‘little lawyer’ for how much she debates her on things about what’s right and wrong

Tobias calls her things like ‘sharpshooter’, or ‘bullseye’ for how well she can shoot

Jinx & Ekko (their child is Isha):

Jinx calls Isha things like ‘Bongo’, ‘Little Mouse’ and unknowingly uses a combo of both the names her mother and Silco used for her, ‘Doll’, ‘My love’, ‘My baby’, calls Isha her ‘darling girl’ or calls her ‘sweet girl’

Ekko calls Isha ‘Bug’ or ‘Baby bug’ as well as ‘Baby bomb’ because of how she imitates Jinx

Jinx also calls Isha some names Silco used to call her in an older Zaunite language. She can’t speak it no matter how hard Silco tried to teach her but the pet names stuck with her and it always takes Ekko off guard to hear her say words that aren’t English

Caitlyn & Vi:

When their kid is a baby both of them call them their ‘Bridge’ or their ‘love muffin’

Vi would call their kid ‘monkey’, ‘Peanut’ or ‘Mr/Miss Sassypants’ the latter of which Caitlyn doesn’t love but is cute enough to let slide

Caitlyn calls their child ‘Snuggle bug’, ‘Pumkin’, ‘Sugar Cookie’ anytime she gets all lovey dovey she’ll shower them in pet names and kisses

Jayce and Viktor:

Regardless of how they got their child Viktor always calls them his ‘little Miracle’ or ‘gift from god’ just very happy to have them

Jayce would call them something like ‘champ’, ‘sport’ or ‘squirt’. Typical suburban dad energy

Both call their kid ‘trouble bug’ or ‘mischief maker’
