In chapter 17 of Vivid BAD SQAUD's Main Story, MEIKO offers Akito tea in a whiskey glass, which understandably is originally mistaken for alcohol.

This scene is later referenced in chapter 7 of Beyond Prayers, The Tomorrow We Wish For, where Luka and KAITO are surprised that MEIKO would serve alcohol to a minor before they're told the truth. Toya also questions Akito, but he says that he didn't drink any, and in the after live he confirms that he doesn't drink at all because he's underage.

Both these interactions confirm that Street SEKAI MEIKO does stock alcohol at crase cafe and suggests that she likes whiskey, which calls back to MEIKO's character item being alcholic drinks (often depicted as sake).
