Public speaking is something which brings nerves and gives us a bit of fear because many of us have stage fear. In this blog I'll give some points to bring the best out of your speech and the single best tip to remove stage fear (as per me)

• A physical object captures people's attention.

• Get audience interaction within the first 90 seconds. People won't pay attention after that and get bored.

• Get the audience to follow and pay attention by using humour.

• Move your hands. Don't be idle. Your palm should face the audience.

• Move your body. Make the speech vivid and real.

Last but not the least, the best way to be brave on stage is to be brave for 20 seconds and you will continue with the flow.

These are just a few points from my observations. You may be creative and add more aspects with your speech.

It is human nature to feel shy or be one in the inferiority when exposed to a new environment immediately or to something you are not acquainted to, yet we cannot remain the same if we want to excel in the respective field.

In this blog I shall give a few points to increase your confidence instantaneously.

1. Give a Countdown before you start to talk

Before you start to talk about any topic, give yourself a countdown i.e., "on the count of 3, 2, 1 and here we go" before you start to talk as this give you an immediate boost of confidence.

2. Be brave for 20 seconds only

When you start to present yourself about anything, just give it all for just 20 seconds and you will continue with the same energy and continue to dominate what you are doing.

Bonus Point: Celebrate Constantly

Even though this blog is to talk about confidence boost instantly, it didn't seem complete without speaking about celebrating constantly.

Confidence is something which increases cumulatively. Whether it may be a small or big gain, embrace it, enjoy it and see what wonders it can do to your confidence.

These points are for immediate boost of confidence and there may be more ways to boost it but these are just 2 which have proved helpful to me over and over again.
