A lot of people don’t grow because they have a hard time disagreeing with themselves. They’re not calling themselves out on their behavior. They wouldn’t even know if their behavior has them on or off track with their goals because they make zero effort into leveling up. They pivot at the slightest inconvenience or actions that challenge their belief system. They’re comfortable. They aren’t putting in any effort to learn new things or open their mind, and as a result their habits and life remains the same.
