Week 3
Diet and workout wise, it had been a pretty great week. I was able to complete the third week of the 30-day yoga challenge by Yoga with Kassandra, and I was able to consistently do at least 30 minutes of cardio and another 20 minutes of either arms or legs workout for 5 days. I had 2 rest days tho because I had some stuff to attend to but I still managed to do some yoga and 40 minutes of weighted hula hoop.
Diet wise, I had been pretty consistent with doing 16:8 intermittent fasting the entire week, I had mostly greens and fruits, I was able to lessen my white rice consumption (as an asian who eats all meals with rice, this is vv hard s2g), and I only had fast food delivered once just to reward myself for eating a little healthier this week hehe
I haven’t weighed myself yet but I tried on a size 6 pair of pants that I was struggling to fit into last month and it fits fine now 🤩 Let’s keep going ♡

Week 2
Alright so workout wise, this has been a pretty great week. I was able to complete the second week of the 30-day yoga challenge by Yoga with Kassandra which I usually do first thing in the morning. Then I did at least 30 minutes of cardio, mostly dance and low impact (knee friendly) workouts but I added weights this time. I discovered And8 Fitness on youtube and I really enjoyed their dance workouts.
However, food wise, it was a bad week lol I started off the week with fast food, and I ate mostly carb (and fat)-dense food all throughout the week because my aunts from the province sent me all my fave filipino food (I regret nothing hehe). On a lighter note, I had been pretty consistent with doing 16:8 intermittent fasting, and I also managed to drink at least a gallon of water everyday, so it’s still a win for me. Small progress is still progress, darling! ♡
Btw, I’m getting groceries tomorrow and I promise to get healthy stuff to force myself to not eat junk in the next 2 weeks hehe
