Traditional Moroccan Couscous
Semolina, veggies, and chicken cooked in this spicy and tasty broth and served couscous first, chicken, and then veggies on top. It's served with extra sauce for taste, and buttermilk at the end.

Roots
I was born and raised in Morocco, in a small beach town named "El Jadida" I grew up eating beautiful colorful and spicy food, sipping on mint tea, and reading or napping to the sounds of the ocean waves, and street food vendors. It was a beautiful place to grow up, and has made me the person I am today.
I speak three languages, I have travelled to many places and developed this love for food and world cultures thanks to my environment.
My first posts will be about places and foods from my home country, Morocco. Enjoy and Love
