His eyes are sooo beautiful! Also if you look closely, you can see that it's not eyeliner he's wearing but just how the game renders eyelashes, especially dark ones! You could argue that he has upper liner, but it matches with how they add shadows to his wrinkles so I honestly don't think it is eyeliner at all
