Sad news
In order to fix my PC I had to do a clean install of Windows and I lost everything.
Which means I've been set back to gen 17 of the Roses, since that is the only reliable backup I know I have.

Edit 6Nov24: water levels came down almost as fast as they rose, so we're going to attempt to get back in the house to recover some more things and I'll be pulling my computer if I can.
Nothing like waking up on election day to catastrophic flooding.
So much for '17 being a once in a century event.

First major renovation to this room since I built v5. The empty space beside the desk is reserved for the pet crow that hasn't been added yet but on the whole I think this room is finally becoming what I always imagined it to be.

So sometime between shutting down last night and today some mods in my game broke. Have spent the last two hours tracking down the files and oh am I so happy past me decided to organize the mod folder like this.

Family graveyard is starting setup and the graves have been moved. Total tally:
121 cats and dogs
30 horses
23 werewolves
3 aliens
76 spellcasters
26 mermaids
328 humans
2 vampires
586 graves total
25 generations represented.

Among other things to do with this, find the roughly 30 mermaids in this bunch and update them to the new graves.
Wish me luck, I'm about to move the Rose family graveyard to a larger lot in the new world.
It's only about 300-350 graves. Surely it can't be that hard.

First bug encountered! Had to do a workaround for my temporary graveyard keeper to move out of her house because the transfer button in manage worlds is broken. Bug report filed. Sure hope this isn't an omen.
Wish me luck, I'm about to move the Rose family graveyard to a larger lot in the new world.
It's only about 300-350 graves. Surely it can't be that hard.
